Resolved: Shipping is terrible.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My Big beef was the shipping.
I ordered in time for Christmas but did not get it by Christmas. It took a month to get here inside the US from a US company.
It did eventually get here and I have no beef with the product but boy do they need to work on shipping issues. 1 month from Arizona to North Carolina is way to much time.
Don't know about the product. Ordered as a Christmas present on December 9 it's December 26 tracking says it's arriving December 30.
Son will be back home by then. I paid 4$ for expedited shipping from Arizona to North Carolina. I don't think 1 month is expedited shipping 3specially in the US.
They didn't even ship it out until December 21st. Hopefully the product will be good because shipping sucks!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I returned my order and they refusing to issue my money back.
No explanation and they're not answering my emails! Will be filing dispute with my credit card!

And just as I was hoping, some Pansy was offended by my shirt and complained to head supervisor on construction site. So I will so wear it just not to the job site

Just not people who will go out of their way to help you.
Ordered something random, was a possibility I'd get something dumb. I actually liked what I got but it was the wrong size, I messaged them saying I liked it but it's not the size I Ordered so they just sent a different one and of course it was one of the dumb ones.
They got my hopes up then promptly crushed them, I wouldn't have cared if the random item was just dumb.
Getting a cool one but in the wrong size was just annoying and then they fix it by sending a dumb one. For that they get 2 stars.

TERRIBLE!
Terrible customer service and attitude! They sent me incorrect size shirt and now expecting me to pay to ship it back. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Not trying to stir the *** pot here, but maybe you really don't fit into that medium like you would like to think you do and actually need that 6X just so you don't look like a snausage there jumbo. But hey it's fine I'm pretty sure you can lose the over abundance of buffet winnings that you sport so well, granted slim fast probably isn't gonna work so fast for you more like slim slow but instead of 5 trips to the buffet and 6 plates at the chocolate wonderfall you may wanna try carrot sticks and water instead of carrot cake and a smoothie. Just sayin

Disrespectful to American symbolism. The symbols of america have meaning and purpose to american values and principles and to manipulate them for commercial use to sell items though 1st amendment it still is unpatriotic
I haven't seen it but I think I understand. It's irritated me for years when someone or something claims to be "America's chocolate" or "America's store" or that *** car insurance company plagiarizing the Statue of Liberty...

Bought One hundred dollars for an entry fee to win a 2001 prize of a loaded 4x4 truck
In return they sent a gift bag of 2 shirts and no entry tickets . For the the truck givaway .
This is a blatant scam for a free no entry fee for a random drawing of a give away but a scam for a large purchase of fraudulent use of purchase. Period .
I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY NUMBERS TO WIN A TRUCK I entered a competition to win . I called the company tonight to inform them THAT I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS Bureau tomorrow.

Awful customer service
The worst Customer service I have ever seen!!! I have called left 3 messages and took them over 24 hours to get back to me.
When she finally did was talking over me not giving me the chance to talk so I was getting upset and asked her to shut up. She than went and hung up on me. I placed my order on the 11th of December and still have not gotten my package.
You guys might want to go through and retrain your customers service reps. Because trust me I will be returning

Most people hang up when you tell them to shut up as you did. I have had amazing luck using them and their service has been fantastic!
