Never receive ordered shoes
- - Shoes ordered 35 days ago; tracking provided.
- - No tracking movement for 30 days; says busy/holiday and cancellation not possible after tracking created.
Ordered shoes over 35 days ago. They sent tracking number and stated shoes were on the way.
That was 30 days ago, have emailed several times and they respond with they are busy and holiday still no movement on tracking. No way to see who tracking is through and will not refund money. They say since tracking number created they cant cancel.
If shoes have not left warehouse they should be able to cancel. I think they are scam.

I dont like the shoes and I would like to send them back and get a refund on my purchase. The upper part is too flimsy, making them hard to get on.
Several attempts to contact customer service was unsuccessful.
They dont answer their phone or emails. They are shipped from out of the country and they take several weeks to receive them.

These shoes are not going to work out for me. The top is too flimsy and there is no pull tab on the heel. Im 83 and they are way too hard to get on.
