Never received items
My order was never received. It was ordered as Christmas gifts and the website said they would deliver prior to Christmas.
I have not even gotten a shipping confirmation. They dont respond to emails and there is no listed phone number.
Phone number is listed online for them are not correct. not only am I out of money, but now I have to figure out what to do about these Christmas presents.

Resolved: Lost order
Company resolved the issue.
On March 20 of this year I ordered a shirt. Not only do I NOT have the shirt - your company has IGNORED ME for THREE MONTHS.
NOR do you seem to have a VALID phone number. Become scammers, have you??

Preferred solution: Either my shirt OR a refund. An apology for jerking me around for 4 months would be nice.

Have sent several emails to Arm the Animals concerning my order I never received yet paid for. No response.
Did not receive my order even though I got an email saying it was delivered to me. This was 2 weeks ago. Have sent two emails and no response from ATA.

My order is over 6 weeks old. I have sent numerous emails band only get form email responses.
Ive had human contact at all.
Both customer service phone numbers are not valid. I feel so taken advantage of.

Never sent what I purchased
I ordered some shirts from Arm The Animals on June 5th. Was told they would be shipped in 7 days.
They took my $ out the same day and still have not sent my shirts. I have emailed them 3 times only to get a automated response saying they will reply in 3 days. Still have not heard from them, nor has my order shipped.
Do not let their cheap prices fool you. They will not send your merchandise, so please save your money and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
