Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The code was going to my spasm.

You have no way of contacting you by phone. I wish I had about this product if I cant get in touch with somebody at customer service or Support.

Already wrote a complaint about Arlo. Their cameras suck and can't hold a charge.
The second set they sent me are just as bad and I would like a full money refund from the company that can't service their customer unless we have a paid membership.
That in itself is unacceptable! This company closed my case and can not be reached by normal means.

Emergency something happen serious happened!
I have 3 cameras at home somehow I only have access to two of them, one of them only allows me to view recording and the other one is not allowing me to view any recording. I tried contacted them, their old numbers are directing me to products and I can't get a Customer to speak with.
No one picking me the call, and it's asking to subscribe which would be fine, but I still need to talk to someone regarding my issues. This is very frustrated! I logged out and now system won't let me log back in!!!
No one to help!! This service sucks!!

What is this model called for Arlo?
I paid for basic service need to get connected and tell me what type of device i have outside wired to front and back porch. Cannot get connected lite is red
My cameras won't reconnect
Can I look for a number to call for help on my cameras to talk to a live person and you can't even do that you get hung up and all you get is you have to go online and you talk to a stupid robot and you still don't get the right answers so yeah that's why you get one star. Until fix the problems people aren't going to your cameras and business.

The first purchase of the Arlo Essential exterior 3 camera system failed and did not hold a charge as raved about in their advertisement. They sent out a new set and the same thing happened.
Their company makes it almost impossible to reach a customer service rep unless you have an account which didn't start out that way. I'm demanding a full refund of this very poor performing product and a company that changed its order of doing business with their customers is their favor to benefit them and not their customer.

I have had an Arlo subscription for over a year and I let it lapse for two months and went back in and restarted it and paid the amount due and it gave me this message
Master plan not assigned on the account cannot assign a supplemental plan.
And they took two payments from me and mind you still know account active or recording for my cameras and I cant get a hold of anybody because I dont have an active account customer service I guess is only available to people with active accounts or the account that you get to try when you first start. This sucks I just want my cameras to work and my account to be active, but cant talk to a real person to get it done and still charges getting taken out of my account due to me trying to activate my account and supplemental plan I wanted so its charging me. My cameras are not working, and my account is not active and I cant talk to no one.

Arlo customer service is the worst we've experienced in a long time. We just replaced our entire system with Wuuk cameras because we couldn't get an Arlo rep to even talk to us to help with a problem with the base unit.
They consistently directed us to online support documents. Totally disappointing waste of money.

I'm trying to cancel my account but can't access it online. It has me locked out and states it doesn't recognize my phone. Unfortunately, I can't speak to anyone because they don't have a live agent available.
