Resolved: Bad product
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
Ph# on product is wrong. Rancid product. Called the toll free number , rang 10 times then they disconnected me.tried emailing and it wouldnt submit, so wrong phone numbers and a bad web site 
Preferred solution: A refund or coupons to replace the money I spent on the rancid feta cheese
