ARL TRANSPORTATION - Employee Payment Review
I worked for ARL and for two months they never paid me, but they never missed sending a statement saying they took escrow out and fuel. I complained because they pay zip code miles (you drive an extra 20% for free on average) then on your quarterly fuel taxes they changed your practical longest route said this is normal business practice I called everyone including FMCSA , EEOC, DOT. but ended up in government RED tape meaning they just passed the buck until you give up. And hiring a attorney at $275-$375 an hour to say it's not worth going after these people only makes it harder for an independent owner operator to make anything with parasites like ARL from Moon, Pa. With a terminal in Indianapolis, in. That works you for months and then find another fool to take your place because no one will complain about them and there business practices.
