Missing parts
Bought a roof rack to do a trip in the morning went to assemble it tonight and it is missing parts. Now I cannot put our luggage or the spare tire on top of the vehicle like I had planned. So it is very inconvenient.

No repair parts
I bought a vacuum pump and gauge kit online just over a year ago. I called their customer service this morning and the person I talked to told me they discontinued that pump a long time ago..
Then said they quit making it maybe a year ago.. And they had no spare parts.. He couldn't get me off the phone fast enough.
All I was looking for was the plastic exhaust valve located on top of the pump. He would not give me any names of where to find the parts.Look somewhere elseLll

Arksen pressure washer hose o ring DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I purchased an arksen electric pressure washer a few years ago. after the second use an o ring blew out on the hose so it wont hold pressure.
I tried to reach out to their customer service. They could not give me the size or provide a replacement o ring.
Blew my mind that they can't tell me the size of o ring for their own product. The washer is useless now so DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Preferred solution: TELL ME WHAT *** O RING TO BUY TO MAKE THIS HOSE WORK AGAIN. None of the generic o ring kits fit this garbage hose. (i've tried 3 different set with 15 sizes each)

Lock on tool box
This is the worst lock I have ever seen . 200.00 for this box and the lock is messed up you cant even get the key in .
Had to force and bent the metal.
