Never delivered product.
I ordered a CD, and after a few weeks, it never came. I emailed customer support several times and they kept saying it was on the way.
After 2 months, the order got canceled with no explanation.
I bought the same thing on Amazon and it will get here in one day. This company should give up - they clearly cannot compete.

Poor product
I bought IMAGINE CHRISTMAS CD: very disappointing. A pallid collection of Christmas songs performed by various artists that belied the hype of ArkivMusic's review.
Even worse than the underwhelming tracks was the inane blurb accompanying the CD, by someone named Doyle Armbrust who's evidently responsible for the collection. He says that IMAGINE CHRISTMAS is his answer to "cloying, and largely redundant Christmas-themed releases." But this is exactly what his album is!
Of all the Christmas albums I have, this is one of the weakest. Why is ArkivMusic selling such crap?

This was a great site to find classical cds and dvds on. Now it is chaos.
Most classical fans search on the composer and then on the work.
I can see now way to do that on the new site. For me and believe most serious classical fans the site is useless as it is now

Just wanted to say I have ordered many CDs over the years from Arkiv. They have always arrived promptly and sounded fine.
Absolutely terrible performance
I am a longtime classical music CD customer of Arkiv.
These two experiences are absolutely terrible.
First delivery took a long time. A single piece of corrugated paper from a delivery package with my address arrived with NO CONTENTS.
The rest of the package had obviously come apart and disappeared.
I complained and was brushed off. I complained again, and a second identical paper package arrived from Alliance Entertainment this time with one side unglued and the discs barely contained but easily could have fallen out or been removed. They had told me the second package would go via a different carrier, falsely. This is outrageous negligence, actually reckless disregard of the duty of care.
They should be fined under the Consumer Protection Act. Vendor was warned and did the opposite of what was promised to rectify a major defect.

Not getting my CDs shipped out to me
I placed an order on April 8 and as of April 13 not one CD has been shipped out to me. In the past at least a couple of CDs were shipped within a couple of days after placing an order.
Plus one of the CDs on that order was one I already have and want to stop that CD from being shipped. I sent you an Email on service@***.com asking you to stop the CD from being sent but have had no reply and I went today to service@***.com and it won't even take me to the site. Are you still in business?
I love your phone message: "This is to tell you there's no one here to answer the phone". I've always had a very good experience with you in the past but this time it's been a little aggravating.
