Lousy Customer Service

My pick up point at 501 Park was under construction, and there was no sign posted anyway of where the van pick point was. I was 25 minutes early, walked around, finally called to see where I was supposed to meet the van...not at the pick up address but in an adjacent alley. I was talking to the customer service employee who was a ***...the van could NOT wait. I ran up behind the van, waving, whistling, and the driver pulled away at exactly the pick up time, with me maybe 40 feet behind it. Seems it would have taken a few minutes to load anyway, but no. The next van arrived three minutes late, took 5 minutes to load, but that first van could not wait 30 seconds! I will NEVER use the people again. The driver was friendly, the customer service gal was horrid and I never received any reply from my follow up to customer service. These people will take your money, but they really don't give a &%*$ about their lousy customer service.

My experience is with Arizona Shuttle over more than last twenty years, as a Tucson native.

I find this review consistent with my experiences with them. The central office has always had some lazy, rude girl working in it - with an according lack of competence in the the organization and its communication. I was sad to see it take over the Prescott shuttle, which was always more classy.

Just a bad company

Paid for a ride never showed up or even a curtsisy call to let us know. Many phone calls and emails trying for a refund or a credit. All they could say was they have refunded the money. But hey it's the electronic age you can see your bank info online. How *** are they or low of a company are they. I will not recommend them to anyone, who wants to sit at the airport for hours waiting to find out they had NO intention of showing up at all. They should be in jail for stealing from people! Avoid using these frodulant people or company at all.

I had a similar situation when I worked for Rory. His vehicles were always broken. My first day was power steering went out as I was driving one of the minivans. When I worked a Sunday, the A/C was broken. The next time I worked, vehicle needed oil and I had to stop and buy oil and pour the oil in the engine while it was hot. I was super late picking people up!! Not my fault. But then the last time I was driving. My schedule changed. The passenger manifest was not correct. I would sit and wait for someone and no one told me that the passenger didn't need a ride while waiting at the church. Then I had a flat tire at the office. I had to take the vehicle in to fix the tire. I enjoyed working with the passengers. But Rory didn't have very much patience with people in general. He seemed like a nice person. But I didn't enjoy the experience of broken vehicles. I didn't want to put this on the complaint list. But I know that every passenger deserves the safest rides and best customer service. I would switch to a company called VEYO. This is an Awsome Company to work for and get in a clean and safe vehicle. I know this because they are like UBER!!! They use the same online technology and VEYO has better drivers that provide Excellent Customer Service!!! VEYO Drivers are On Time and they pickup and drop off on schedule. I wish the shuttle service was better but as a driver I didn't feel safe and why would I work for a company that has old vehicles. Just try VEYO.COM You will be happy with safe, clean, and caring compassionate drivers.

Never picked up Ruined my kids weekend & your gonna pay.

Made reservation,got the confirmation e-mail. No pickup. Called and was told by Rory,You guess it,that I was not on the list. I missed my flight and my daughter's birthday and had to disappoint my grandsons.He told me I could get another flight ,but it was an extra $200 dollars. He did say that he would give me a free ride to the airport, But no way would even think of depending on them to get me there ,right? Like fool me once shame on you,fool me twice shame on me. Arizona Value Shuttle not reliable.Do not use them if you need to get to the airport on time. Ruining people's day One customer at a time.

Left at the airport

I prepaid a round trip to phx from Apache junction..the pick up was fine ..On time and helpful.I called when I arrived at phx for a ride home and told they would find my driver and call me back in 10 minutes .when i tried calling back after 20 minutes they didn't answer the phone.( this happened 2 more times)at last they answered and gave me a story about stalled in traffic and would call me back ..they called me back and said the driver was waiting for me outside.actually the driver was there to pick up 3 other people..he knew nothing about me ..after waiting for an hour and being lied to by the company,I was on my way home...never again will I call az value shuttle.....

Never Picked Up on PREPAID service

Paid for round trip service to/from Mesa Gateway airport. Ride to the airport was fine. Upon return called and was told driver was dropping someone off it would be 20-30 min. After 50 minutes was put on hold and they never came back. When I attempted to call back, they had quit answering their phones and had all three numbers forwarded to a driver in Phx. That driver quit answering his phone after the first call. After 1 1/2 hours I ended up taking a cab. Worst experience of the entire vacation. Will never use them again and will report this to the airport.

Don't count on Az Value Shuttle

Don't count on AZ Value Shuttle to pick you up with a prepaid reservation. I had a reservation and pick up time of 4:30 a.m. for a 5:50 flight at the Mesa-Gateway airport. I began calling at 4:40 when no one had shown up, no one could tell me when I was to be picked up. Finally a driver I got in touch with who someone said was supposed to pick me up, said I was not on his list and he was no where near my location. Fortunately around 5:00, a cab drove by and was able to take me from the ASU campus to the Mesa-Gateway airport. It cost me. $60.00 for the cab ride, but I got there and through all the lines just in time to catch my flight. When I contacted AZ Value Shuttle, the person I initially spoke with was apologetic, but her supervisor (who did not return phone calls) was not aware that they had not picked me up and he was not apologetic. He lied to me saying that he would reimburse me for the prepaid shuttle and the cab fee. In summary, if you want to get to your flight on time, DON'T USE AZ VALUE SHUTTLE, the less expensive rate is not worth the stress and expense in the end.

Wrong information

The listings on this site have the wrong phone numbers and web site on the listings. Arizona Value Shuttle's phone number is NOT480-982-**** or 855-982-****. Their's is 480-893-****. Their competitor's phone number is 480-982-****. Stagecoachexpressshuttle.com is not their web site. It makes it look like it's their competitor who you are reading about. I think Value Shuttle had these phone numbers put in to make their competitor look bad. Stagecoach Express is also Value Shuttle. STAGECOACH EXPRESS SHUTTLE is their competitor. Don't be fooled. It's what they want.

They donot pay their Drivers. there are 56 Labor Issue Complaints on them. the Shuttle vans are JUNK!!!!The Office is a old house. 2 homeless guys living in the back rooms,

WE NEED TO PUT THESE *** BAGS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!

4 Vehicles dont belong to Rory or Todd.

Any customer or Driver who gets with this company will go under....

Value shuttle has no customer service

I called to book a reservation with value shuttle the person on the phone was very rude then when i called back to confirm they could find my reservation anywhere again i was treated rude i would walk before i ever call them again i guess i should have read the reviews first hope this saves someone the headache of having to deal with them .I have talked to other people that have had to stand on the curb at the airport for 45mins to an hour and have been taken all over the valley despite what they claim .the new owners should have taken a class in customer care cause they sure dont know what there doing and neither does there staff .

They owe us 2 weeks back pay!

I was the office manager for Arizona Value Suttle for over 5 years. My husband was a driver for about 9 years. We left in July of last year and were both owed 2 weeks back pay. They never paid us. We filed a complaint in late July with the Dept of Labor and in December the dept filed a Judgement against them for us. Today my husband recorded the Judgement with the County Recorder's office. There arae several other employees that are owed back pay and have filed a claim with the Dept of Labor. They are awful.

Value Shuttle Of AZ Does not Pay employees

Value shuttle Of AZ hired me and todd tod me that I would get $6 per stop and I when payday came around he said my check was mailed. I never recieved my paycheck! I tried calling him and left many text and messages. Finally went to office in mesa and was told to talk with Cory. I tried but was not PAID! They are Ripp OFFS!! They have lousy vans! They didn't have the proper stickers on vans. Do Not Work for these crooks! Do not use them! They will be loosing customers as they go along because they dont care for people, employees just themselves. You been warned!!!
