Yeah I came up today with my grandkids. Im Little League day and we had a great time went out and spent a fortune on food.

Not a big deal. Decided to buy six of your souvenir cups at $10 apiece just because the girl said this is the one you wanna get cause you can refill them all day for $1.99 so after about the third and I went back up there to refill Im stood in line.

Actually my son did and when he got them refilled or got up to the line to get them refilled, he was told that they cant be refilled after we had already been told that they could and thats why we purchased the $10 drink drinks so basically we spent $120 on 12 drinks and we told we were told they would be 60 the first time and $12 a second time and we were charged 60 both times I feel like somebody owes me $48 and I would love to know how you intend to credit me that back I dont think youre people know what your policies are when they tell us without us even asking that we can refill those and then when we go back, were told we cant Very very upsetting. I mean the prices at the ball games are ridiculous now anyway we all know that, but I would at least expect to be told something and then 30 minutes later have it actually be respected

A group of 8 friends/ coworkers from a majorly huge company here in the valley and throughout the world, wanted to experience a night at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers. We planned it so those coming from New Mexico would have time to plan their stay and schedule.

As soon as tickets became available, we bought out the table of 8. 3 days before the game, they canceled our seats there to give to someone more important than us and moved our seats to a non food section without calling and asking. The whole reason for getting together was to enjoy the food at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers. They didn't feel bad at all what they did to us.

I guess that out $1000 we spent on the seats weren't good enough for them. I had to call everyone to cancel their plans that they were looking forward to for over a month. I'm now a Dodger fan thanks to them and will never have a team builder for our company at Chase field again.

Poor business decision on their part to think we weren't as important as those they gave our seats to. Dbacks suck!

I really wanted to let you know what a negative impact your lack of preparation and management of crowds for the PINK concert on 10/9/2023 had. This was a senior year special trip for our 17 year old, and we drove 13 hours for the concert.

We specifically chose this one because Brandi Carlile was joining PINK. Although your venue was supposed to open at 5pm, it didn't open until 30 minutes before showtime (6pm), and we were in line for 2 hours, missing all of Brandi Carlile. There was virtually no signage for lines and, unless you were there in line, you have no idea how frustrated folks were. There was no maneuverability for wheelchairs, and ours got stuck in the dirt that we were forced into by the crowds/lines.

It was frustrating and humiliating.
I have no idea why there wasn't a better plan for lines and crowd management, as I assume you have decent turnouts for your baseball games, and this was not your first concert. We missed the experience we had hoped/planned for for 11 months (literally, which was when we bought the $849 worth of tickets), and I needed to let you know that.
Please do better.

My family and I attended the Dbacks/Cubs game on September 17th. My brother is a season ticket holder and there were 13 of us waking in together.

My husband was stopped for his inappropriate shirt as we went in, it said 'America *** yeah', my husband is a veteran, has tattoos from head to toe and didn't think this would be a problem. The security guard was extremely rude and said 'oh *** no, you're not coming in here with that shirt on'. Understanding why they said he had to turn his shirt around, he fixed it, and even though my son in law had an inappropriate shirt on also, and my husband had an inappropriate hat, he quickly got another shirt to cover that one up and we went straight to the team shop to purchase a dbacks shirt to put something else on. I was asked by the lady security officer our seat information, gave it immediately, and about 5 minutes later, we were surrounded by security guards, telling my husband to button up the shirt he had put over his, which he had been holding the buttons together, as it was my 9 year old nephews shirt, until we could get a new shirt for him.

They asked again where his seats were, told him he would be kicked out if he were to be seen in that shirt again, but didn't give him a chance to even change. It was an extremely embarrassing situation, and we had complied with everything they had asked us immediately.

We have been to this venue hundreds of times and have never been treated so poorly. I would like to speak to someone about how we were treated as soon as possible.

I had spent a lot of money on my Morgan Wallen concert tickets for July 19th. We arrived with plenty of water and knew it would be warm.

That is an understatement. We sat sweating profusely, not a single hint of air moving around the building. Temperatures were unbearable. After trying to stay as long as we could, we developed bad headaches and ended up having to leave our seats.

We missed one of our favorite artists perform. This is Phoenix, your staff should know its going to be hot. They should have prepared the building better, had free water, fans or misters available. Or they should have canceled the concert and rescheduled it to a more appropriate time.

Because of your incompetence our evening was ruined and our health was put in jeopardy.

I still feel ill today. This was a night we were looking forward to for a very long time.

My family & I been to almost all of the Diamondbacks games, My four boys were so excited to go to the Dbacks vs Braves Game because they wanted to see their team WIN & they wanted the amazing Free Hats, We got there 3 hours before the game and for our surprise ALL the HATS were GONE !! My boys were so Disappointed!!!

My husband and I were upset; because we went to the stadium to our assigned sits & it was pretty empty; We couldnt believe we had to sit & wait three hours before the game & to my boys with their sad faces, broke my heart!!

My complaint: pay attention & stop giving 2-3 items to the same people, There are others who would love to have one item!!
