Unwanted street signs
I just want to know where to take these abandoned street signs or if AZ Dept of transportation will pick them up

I was disconnected and never spoke to anyone
I bought a pickup truck and it was towed for no reason. But the guy I bought it from never gave me the tittle.
He told me that the tow yard is playing games. He told me he called ADOT. And it's was in your hands. He won't tell me where the truck is.
And I want to know if its true. Or did he stage this whole thing
