- Insurance charges $5/month for being over 85, DMV approves, and I don't understand why.
- I've driven since 1952 and never had an accident.
My insurance company (which shall remain unnamed at present), is charging me $5.00 a month because I am over 85 years of age. They don't know what kind of diver I am,but the Arizona DMV okays the charge. I've never had an accident, and I have been driving since 1952.
I do not know why they can indiscriminately charge me for this reason.
(because of my age).
Preferred solution: Just an answer as to Why the charge is Valid.
