You guys called me super early in the day I need a call back for foodstamps I cant get to a human and its *** me off whats the point of a number if you arent going to answer

No one answers phone for interview. Not enough workers.
I call and the phone is so overloaded with calls that it says "due to high call volume we cannot take your call"
I started calling at 7:45 am it was busy then I find out they open at 7-7pm. I tried again 8:05 am it said 45 min wait time I got through then It hung up.
I went to the DES office yesterday the worker said "DES interviewer never called you". The worker says "I put you for a phone call, you should have a phone call within 24-72 hour, unless you can call and get a hold of them sooner.
This morning I still can't get through!
The DES offices are filling up again!
They are not taking numbers and you have to stand in a long line with no seating. With my leg and back disability it was very hard to do, very painful.

- Or changing around the system on how they handle clients
- Clients become a yo yo going back a forth
- Then there is lines that are going to start wrapping around the building
Preferred solution: I want my interview for my renewal.

I can't reach anyone at DES by telephone. Chat virtual assistant doesn't work. Website options to withdraw are all greyed out.

Need emergency stamps interview
I've been to there office twice and I live 40 miles away. I had to hitch hike both times cuz no one answers the phone.
I asked why can't I get a quick interview now that I was there and clearly I saw people just gossiping about who knows what but they weren't on the phone.
I need an interview asap. Please help.
