This plan is HORRIBLE..
They constantly deny tests and treatments that I need. I have had spinal issues since I was 12, have had 6 surgeries and have chronic pain. And transportation is virtually nonexistent

Quality
This insurance company does not provide the quality it advertises. They list providers only for you to call and find out they dont take their insurance. Other providers are shut down and you can only get records from the medical board. You wait months to see a provider you are supposed to see monthly and not stop the medication causing unnecessary ER visit. No one should ever take this insurance for any reason!!!
