I had my medical records investigated from citizens commission on human rights in Los Angeles Arizona. AZ complete health pays for illegal forcing by mental health and when you prove that a mental health agency has treated you illegal through your medical records and by investigations they turn their back on you because the Arizona attorney general has given immunity for mental health violations, do not go to state paid mental health do not allow Arizona complete health to pay for a legal services stay away from mental health stay away from mental health, stay away from Arizona complete healthcare

This plan is HORRIBLE..
They constantly deny tests and treatments that I need. I have had spinal issues since I was 12, have had 6 surgeries and have chronic pain. And transportation is virtually nonexistent

This insurance company does not provide the quality it advertises. They list providers only for you to call and find out they dont take their insurance.
Other providers are shut down and you can only get records from the medical board.
You wait months to see a provider you are supposed to see monthly and not stop the medication causing unnecessary ER visit. No one should ever take this insurance for any reason!!!

Arizona complete health is a nightmare they have no empathy for anyone situation and they are all about who they can cause misery to seems to be their specialty, lousy healthcare
