I give them a ZERO rating. Poor customer service etiquette.
Had to call them three times to fix the same problem with my A/C unit. Water damage was done to dry wall due to the fact that the job was not done correctly on the second visit. I left messages for a supervisor to call me back on this issue and my calls have been ignored. I have noticed a decline in good customer service the last few years. They are more interested in selling you additional products than good customer service.
User's recommendation: I would think TWICE before doing business with ARIZONA COMFORT SYSTEMS.
