Arizer xq2 stopped working after just 6 months. And read error code 5.
After following the troubleshooting and identification protocol I was told that a replacement unit would not be sent out without me paying to ship it back to them.
I tossed the unit and will look into other brands. *** product and terrible customer service!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They shipped the item. Stay in contact with the company for clarification.
