Terrible customer service

Arizer xq2 stopped working after just 6 months. And read error code 5.

After following the troubleshooting and identification protocol I was told that a replacement unit would not be sent out without me paying to ship it back to them.

I tossed the unit and will look into other brands. *** product and terrible customer service!

To Verify my order. My credit card has been charged and I have a screen shot of the order, but no other evidence and a week has passed since charged.

I thought I did receive, read, and save a confirmation e mail of my purchase of a Solo III V2.0 kit with 22 pieces, but can no longer find such e mail.
