The hood is out sized and keeps sliding off your head. Its more trouble than help.
The length is 3" too short for real warmth, do designers not understand legs go below 2" past the knee cap?
Worst coat I've ever purchased. Nice looking but not functional, I'll never buy from them again.

Not received full refund

I hope you are well and safe ,
I am so disappointed at aritzia at Waterloo, Ontario, Conestoga mall.
They misled me and took advantage of me by not refunding my money..
I went to the Waterloo Ontario store in Conestoga mall on Jun 27, 2020 and at the door I was told that fitting room is closed and I should take item to home and try it.
So I puckered and took it home and try but did not fit properly
I went back on July 03, 2020 to return the item . but they refused to give me a full refund and they told me that I should try item in middle of store on top of on my other clothes.
Manager's name was Nina who was so rude as they way she acted.
She forced me to take a credit note.
while there is no chance to try the clothes in the store then how could I know the item is fitting ..this is not fair ..it is fraud by not full refunding customer money. and forcing customer to purchase while no chance of trying item., I called customer service but they did not helped me at all
Policy of aritzia will work in normal situation not at this Pandemic situation which is no choice of
trying clothes at the store.

Aritzia lies to its customers
On Thursday June 18 I went into Aritzia in Coquitlam centre because my friend who I share an account with told me that she received a phone call. Aritzia is having a private sales. I didn't pay attention to how good the discounts are but I thought I would pay a visit. I went and shopped around and picked up two Wilfred dresses. When I was ready to pay at the counter I told the cashier the name on the account and phone number and expected to have some discount. The cashier told me what I picked up are not included in the sale.
I thought that's weird but I trusted the girl. I then called my friend to tell her what I got and my friend said actually "everything is on sale!!"
I double checked using the account email and password to log in. YES, those two dresses are 20% off. The girl who represents Aritzia lied to me. The leading fashion company in North America, Aritzia lies to their customers.
I again doubled check the name on receipts just in case they pulled a wrong client, but nope, it's the name on our shared account.
Ok, no worries, I'll go into the store to refund and purchase online. The very next day I again went into the Aritzia at Coquitlam centre. The same girl helped me at the counter, she asked me why I wanted to refund I told her the reason. I tried to solve the problem and walk away, I did not show my frustration to them.
She said ok and grab the dresses and the receipt out of bag, and without me noticing, she grabbed another receipt and showed it to me: this is not the same receipt you purchased the dresses, I can't do refund for you. I was stunned! I was stunned! I tried to explain myself this is not my receipt, I am sure it's in the bag, on top of the dresses. How could I have another receipt that's not mine. Something must be mistaken. She said, no! This is what I got from the bag, I can't refund for you in a very snobbish and impatient way. I looked closely, it shows the client name on the receipt Elizabeth. I'M NOT ELIZABETH, THIS IS NOT MY RECEIPT.
A big line up behind me, I felt embarrassed and paniced. They were not helping me to solve the problem, instead they thought I lied and accused me for something I didn't do. I felt I could almost have a panic attack. I told myself what should I do.
I reached my hand to the table, my receipt is right there under the dress. And then she saw and said "OPPPPS"
I just cannot believe what I just heard! I said at least you could apologize for it. And then she said again with a snobby attitude and tone: "apologize for what??!!"
The story here is, I could not believe what I had just experienced. I went into the store happily and thought to buy some summer dresses for this awesome Vancouver weather, but instead I walked out the store with my face beet red.
I know this story is rather long, thanks for reading. I don't want any compensation from Aritzia but I do want people to know that how much they can make their customer so uncomfortable and not respectable, and treat their customers with dishonesty, especially when Aritzia is such a big company that always says they are devoted to provide the best services.
