Scammy service bad customer support
- - Bike arrived damaged and poorly assembled; warranty exists, but after battery sparked and video proof they voided it and demanded full price.
With this service you by the bike and they ship it to your door. There is a limited warranty on the bike and components.
The bike came damaged and did not assemble properly because of the damage. The first customer support number told me that's how it was made. I escalated it and they sent the appropriate part. Later after using it within manufacturer guidelines the Ariel Rider custom battery begin to spark.
I contacted the company about the issue and showed them on video what was happening.
Because I couldn't ride and show them the Sparks I demonstrated what happens when I was writing that being the rear battery not fitting firmly and causing it to spark and short the system. After demonstrating this for the company they said I voided the warranty and they would no longer help. They demanded full price and did not understand listen or compromise in any way.
This company was terrible from the get-go and they were terrible at the end. I would avoid this company like the plague the spokes are really cheap the chain falls apart easily and the tires that come with it wear out faster thab any replacements ive used

I contacted them when my controller went out Or at least tried to contact them. They don't answer their phone You can't leave them a message all you can do is send them a text and hope they'll send something back to you It's been overweight And I still can't figure out what how I get a controller or how much to pay for it this is a disgrace Meanwhile my bike sits idle
