Exploding black glass panel and Ariel bath did nothing to rectify the problem.
I purchased your DZ972f8 steam shower. A couple of years ago I had it installed by a licensed contractor.
Two weeks ago one of the black panels exploded.
Panel number 11 to be exact. This occurrence happened for no reason and I want to know what can be done about this on your end to solve this issue?

This company will not stand behind the quality of their products
Exploding black panel interior of steam shower. For no reason the black interior panel exploded. Thank God nobody was in the shower when it happened.

Damaged doors on vanity
The vanity in my new bathroom was only 7 months old and the front doors were cracking on a seam. The company has offered to replace the doors.

Unable to contact company directly. Phone numbers are either not working or answer to a different company.
No one had contacted me to this date.
After trying to find a distributor for Ariel Products to no avail, I searched the web site and got no where with customer service numbers. A leading supplier of plumbing, bath and all related items, Ferguson Company never heard of Ariel. Amazing

Dissatisfied and Upset Customer
I ordered a 55 bathroom vanity with free delivery. When the item was shipped I got a call about delivery and only then was I told delivery was curbside.
My apartment is on the 3rd floor and they would not bring the item upstairs When I called Ariel bath(for 2 days) I could not speak to someone due to technical difficulties on there end.
I refused delivery with the vanity being sent back to them.
They will not refund my money offering me a $100 credit. This is a disgrace.
I could not be connected to a supervisor and they would not give me the phone number to corporate.
Preferred solution: Full refund
