All returns sent to the company via their provided return label are returned to the consumer. The ONLY way to secure a refund is to email the ceo (beth.cross@***.com). Yet, months after bringing this issue to her attention (all returns are returned marked "No Forwarding address"), she has not made any changes or improvements. Has she lost the warehouse address? Or just doesn't care about customer service. So unbelievable that a company could sacrifice customer relationships every day and make no effort to fix the issue.

Boots are out of warranty, but have had minimal use and wear. Chunks of the sole are crumbling and falling apart. (There are rubber composite insets in the leather soles). Their customer service people were indifferent about my issue. Their warranty dept. told me that they were not responsible for the current condition of the boots. They offered me a 10% discount on the purchase of replacement boots. What an insult. I have purchased a number of Ariat boots over the years for me and my family. No more! This company would rather run off a loyal customer rather than do the right thing.

I think They give you a phone number but dont have anyone answering the phones or emails or chats they have zero customer service and I mean zero ! Sent back boots that were ordered online that were horrible and was never sent my refund and will never buy anything from your company again because I think its a scam I just wish I would have read your reviews before I had ordered anything stay away from this company !

Fell in love with these boots, decided to splurge and spend the money went into Cavenders boots. Bought four pairs of boots at the same time and I have a picture of one of them. 3 weeks to talk to someone about wrong product

Daughter ordered me a pair of shoes got them quickly but they were the wrong shoes. She contacted them and she was told they would call her in 2 to 3 days never did call her. Took her 3 weeks to get to talk to someone and then they told her they don't do exchanges so she would have to reorder. Why would you want to reorder when you know if you have a problem it's not going to be fixed. Worst customer service and company policies I have ever seen

I ordered a second size because the first pair seemed too big to my husband, but he cant get the second pair on at all so I am returning it. I also would like to note that the second pair is colored very weirdly and they dont exactly match each other either. It almost looks like the right foot was damaged or used; so I just wanted to make sure you didnt think that we did anything to it, it arrived that way. Thank you! Love your store. Love your products. I purchased my very 1st pair of Ariat boots(work) with me understand they were high quality and comfortable. Well with few days the stitching came out of the front of boot sole began to flop went and exchanged them for identical item.

Well same happened to this pair also stitching came undone heel became loosened then *** surfaced on the inside where tag is also soles coming out when I take the boots off. I have always heard they are one best boots my family & friends wear them daily but for me not.

They are very comfortable though these 2 pair are no way quality and very disappointed. Hopefully ariat will take care of my issue.
