Great Customer Service

Last year I broke an edge rod while fishing. I'm not sure how it broke. I just noticed that the tip was broken off about 3 inches down. I emailed customer service and explained what had happened. Tim Thompson Quality/Warranty Manager emailed me back explaining that there was only a one year warranty on the rod. However, If I sent pictures of the broken rod showing the break and the rod information he may be able to help. I did as instructed and he was willing to give me a no questions $45.00 replacement for the rod. This was fantastic news. Within a couple of days my new replacement rod was delivered. Thank you Tim so much for working with me. I have enjoyed using Ardent tackle for over 5 years now. This was the first issue that I had with anything. I have 2 new cranking rods already this year and am waiting for the Apex Magnum reels to come in so that I can pair them up. GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! User's recommendation: Join the Ardent team and buy Ardent equipment. Great products, great value!!
