Ongoing Harassment
The property is very rundown, not a luxury building: The Maintenance Men at Archer Towers Apts 901 N Sherman, Denver CO are aggressively harassing females on the upper floors. They are going into apartments 30 minutes AFTER a tenant moves in, and persistently scrutinizing every inch of the apt.
The completely "desperate" maintenance men are making no effort to get apartments in movein condition, yet they have endless time to fixate, steal from apartments and criticize females residents.
Yes, management (Channing, Erica, Jazmin) are well aware of the illegal activity. The elevators are broken down ever other week/ the apartments wreak of cigarette smoke & heroin daily.
