Resolved: Archer and Greiner are self-serving thieves
Quoted our small company $180,000 to defend a infringement claim initiated by a patent troll.We paid them $600,000 and they sued us for $1,115,000. They are forcing us to close down our company as we cannot afford to fight the legal battle.
It's all about them and they could care less about their clients or their existence. Our company wanted to quit the case because it was draining all of our funds but they insisted on continuing for an additional year even though we told them we would never be able to pay them. They did press releases around the country on their victory of the case and now they want to put us, their client out of business.They should be barred from practicing any type of law and I'll do anything I can to expose this nasty giant from hurting future small businesses.
Review about: Patent Litagation. I didn't like: Ripoff, Bad ethics, Dishonesty, Be quoted a fee and being charged 8 times more, Bad business advice.

Arthur Sklar and Bill Thompson The law firm Archer & Greiner is very irresponsible.Patch was sued for publishing false statements and endangering witnesses. They put forth a very weak attempt to defend Patch in a case where Patch is not only at fault, but the very contents of their articles regarding the plaintiff are still putting the plaintiff in harm's way.
Joel G. MacMull, a lawyer at Archer & Greiner, refused to answer the complaint that Patch was served with. MacMull did not even enter an appearance form in the required time frame and then filed a deceitful filing in Patch's defense. After researching online reviews for Archer & Greiner of Haddonfield, New Jersey, I found several other clients that were ripped off by the law firm.
I found several reviews including one that stated “These people care about their profits, not their clients. Go elsewhere. You'd be better off representing yourself.” Suspiciously, I found that Archer & Greiner recently changed the name of their practice to Archer Law. Could this be to confuse members of the public into not associating the bad reviews of Archer & Greiner with Archer Law?

Rude, burnt out and overpriced
t's been about 8 yrs since my divorce and I can't get the terrible experience with Bill Thompson and his cronies out of my mind. First, he was referred to me by my best friend, a parnter at another law firm for his "reputation." Indeed it is good, but that doesn't mean he will be going to bat for you, at lease not in my case.
In our first meeting he was rude, rushed me, and sent me away after 20 minutes but charged me for a 1 hour. I should have realized that there was a problem on his part because I'm a very low key guy. He sent me to a mediator who will be the subject of another review, Carl Viniar. Guys, stay away if your wife's attractive.
Then an appraiser who also has a good rep but also seemed to be swayed by wife's daily phone calls. I actually saw Viniar hugging my ex-wife in the rear view mirror one night after mediation. So much for neutrality. When I mentioned it to Thompson he just shrugged his shoulders.
My main peeve with Thompson is that he didn't keep a close eye on what was going on with the mediator and appraiser and accepted their biased reports without any criticism. Toward the end I asked him if I better do better going to court and his response was "you couldn't do any worse," but with no further action or recommendations. So now I live with the fact that my ex embezzled my daughters trust fund and no one noticed. That she was embezzling from my office and personal funds and no one noticed.
They were so worried about me they forgot about her. Just another tragic divorce story I know, But at $500/hr you would think I would have done better.

Levine Staller and Archer and Greiner coerced and sent a lawyers fees bill up to Trenton for over 63k in Archer and Greiner's name to the judgements department and unethically let the Law Firm of Archer and Greiner from Haddnfield NJ to assume Sklar's debt. I wonder how many more lives have William Thompson and Drew Burach from Haddonfield NJ have ruined????
Bill Thompson and Drew Burach are the lawyers from Archer and Greiner who allowed Arthur Sklar to run a lawbill of 260k versus a bankrupt husband of Sklar's daughter.
They sued the husband for two million dollars and he was only worth 17k at the time of separation. FRAUD WAS NEVER PROVEN!
MULTIPLE ETHICS VIOLATIONS, CHANGING LEGAL DOCUMENTS, ABUSE OF THE COURTS, BULLYING ARTHUR SKLAR MICHAEL SKLAR These BULLY LAWYERS sent multiple emails and mail correspondences, pressuring my lawyer and myself to sign a document that only had changes on the FIRST PAGE. In response to these shifty, underhanded attempts to coerse my former attorney, and myself into signing a trust document(that I was directing) that was ONLY to have CHANGES on the FIRST page.
The Sklar's reputation for altering documents is true. The changes were made to the above mentioned "Trust Agreement" on page THREE are so unethical and incomprehensible! Changes to #5 and page 3 (The Xxxx Life Insurance Trust) from xxx and xxx as Successor Trustee's to Leslie Sklar and Micheal Sklar as successor trustees. After multiple correspondents to me over-emphasizing and even highlighting the ONLY CHANGES to the trust on PAGE ONE.
This shows exactly how unethical these lawyers and lawfirm are. I KNOW THAT THIS HAS BEEN ALLEGED AGAINST SKLAR IN THE PAST! I am includED the Levin Staller Partners because they are involved and should know.
It is thier letterhead he uses to bully, lie, commit multiple ethics violations, abuse of the courts, running up over 500k in legal fees, from the false accusation of fraud!!! Michael Sklar is directly involved with these allegations, he lied under oath in court, as a false witness and is involved in the LIFE INSURANCE TRUST COERSION.
