ARC Termite and Pest Control - Poor service
We hired to get a raccoon out of our attic. We were then sent ARC Pest. They put a $60 cage in our roof in front of the hole in our chimney. Waited for the raccoon to leave. ARC came back and picked up the cage. We opted for a metal barrier to keep the raccoon from entering same hole. The job they did with the barrier looked like a child had done it. We complained as we spent $800 in advance. Luis at Tom Sample told me they were not In The business to do nice work. The hole was not even completely covered. I hope people will see this and be warned!

the person who complained is not a customer but a sales person who is upset that I called his boss because they are a very shady company and i wont do business with someone who is not truthful. I feel that it is pretty bad that they would stoop this low to try to damage someone who does everything that I can to make people happy with the service that I provide, they don't they tried to make me keep a credit card processor that did not work. anything for a sell I guess. We found this company lacking in responsibility, and then also lacking in honesty, when confronted about their responsibility and good faith. And although the owner says he's the owner, he apparently lets his wife make his tough decisions and do his talking even when she isn't fully informed. Even if she happens to own it with him, this wasn't an effective way to operate. Unfortunately, as we soon found, her antagonistic and self-righteous approach can lead to very irresponsible and dishonest results. She was slow to listen or take responsibility, and quick to blame and attack. Not the recipe for supporting a home-based business that her husband runs to make a living. If "the owner" would have handled his own dealings, we might have trusted him to stand by his word, but ultimately his word collapsed when he faded back and deferred to his wife who wasn't even present for his original dealings, so whether she owns it with him or not, we won't risk dealing with them again. However, we do wish them better coordination on the facts in the future. Every small business needs better teamwork than what we witnessed here.

To set the matter straight he was not a customer , he is a sales man that tried to or I should say lied to us to make a sale. After I got the equipment it did not work but I was told that i had to keep it or pay $295.00 to cancel.


After calling his office they fixed the problem. As for him he is just a bitter sales person that posted this


not sure what he was upset about I found that they are very nice and go out of there way for people, you must be a grumpy old man
