Have taken RV back to service after every trip to get leaks and toilet fixed. Problem was first discovered three days after we bought the brand new RV. Service "tried" to find problems, but could not and told us every time to keep an eye on it and let us know. Now we take it back again, and are told sorry, it is out of warranty, here is you bill.
This is the second new RV we have purchased from Arbutus RV, do not see we will be doing any further business with them.
Too bad they do have a good inventory, but service is where it is at.
I have pictures that I gave to them three days after purchase, to show the leaks, they agree it has been leaking since day one, but tough.

Worst mistake of my life. Plumbing blew is just one on a list of many.
It leaks everywhere, lights are not working..fan has recently stopped working. Bad smell in the bedroom so i pull up the carpet and it is soaked,,,yet another leak somewhere. Lights in the bedroom fell off. One of the slides is coming apart.
The list gos on and on. Of course no warranty covers any of this. No one wants to buy it, so i live in a moldy EXPENSIVE health hazard. WORST MISTAKE EVER AND PAYING EVERY TWO WEEKS TO PAY OFF THIS LOAN, AND IT IS COMPROMISING MY HEALTH.
NO HELP AVAILIABLE....DONT BUY BIG COUNTRY!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN MOLD.
