Noisy people

A single mother of 3 moved in above us and her son stomped, jump and run around especially at night from 10 pm until 2 am. Then from 2 am until 9am is quite if were lucky. As I am writing this, they are stomping and running. I already told the 3 ladies in the office 6 times and nothing happened instead she told them (office) that the people above her makes all the noise (I am on the first floor, I cannot hear what the people in the 3rd floor do dah). I even went and knocked on her door at 11:15pm she will not open the door. One time my husband knocks on her door and she said that her autistic son is making all run, jump and stomping around and that she cannot do anything. (Seriously) I have to record the noise that they make and the apartment manager was shocked how much noise they make. The manager called her to stop all noise after 10pm. When the night time comes, it never stop. I have been in the urgent care and emergency room for my migraine. I suffered migraine for almost 3 weeks and take strong medicines for my migraine. And its not easy to move out cause my contract is not over.
