- - Adjacent unit has cockroaches; pest control found an infestation needing multiple visits.
- - Management slow to schedule treatments; health concerns.
The apartment next to mine has cockroaches and they informed us they need to treat our apartment. They came and put a trap under the sink.
We had to lie saying we saw the bug for them to come back. The bug man then showed me that we have an infestation and he would need to come back multiple times. The management had no intention to schedule a nother treatment till I got in their face. The illegal Mexican next door brought the cockroaches and they have not treated her unit.
In addition they rent to illegal Mexicans and they are rampant 6 to a 1 bedroom, 3 police rades with ak47s dogs and 15 police cars and a stand off for 4 hours right next door with thwle cockroaches The management and owner are incompetent and uneducated rude and not caring about our safety or health. I would not let a rat live there.
Be warned do not live at Arbor Creek apartments!!!DO NOT RENT OR LIVE AT ARBOR CREEK APARTMENTS!!! They charge 1900 for a 450sq ft apartment that is disgusting.
ARBOR CREEK APARTMENTS DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR.

I feel for you. I'm down here in Texas.
We call it Texico these days.. it's terrible. These "newcomers" don't seem to believe in using waste baskets or trash cans.
I could spend an hour writing about the negative issues of Mexican neighbors.. but maybe there's hope coming in January with our new border czar.
