Ordered bolt carrier group for 6.5 Grendel and waited and waited on order sent numerous emails that fell on deaf ears finally 3 months later got bcg in and it was totally different brand than I ordered and piece of *** will not eject shells and the one of few times it did it jams I have ordered new one from fail zero to replace it with because that POS company will not reply at all. Dont waste your time with them go to reliable company that are TRUE USA CITIZEN

I ordered 2 uppers on 15 July 2020. Still waiting 20 weeks later.
Website says orders ship within 18 days but not in my case. No response to many emails. No response to the 2 complaints filed with BBB.
Phone number given on the invoice goes to a Gold Mining company. I think I may have been cheated out of the nearly $800 that I paid them.

- - Order later canceled on ar15tac site.
Ordered a complete upper at the beginning of July , almost 3 months and never received it. Filed a BBB complaint which didn't do anything so I called my bank and filed a dispute and the bank gave my money back.
When I looked a week or so later on ar15tac website my order was canceled. Probably cause my bank got their money back. I don't think they had any intentions of sending my upper. Too many other reputable companies out there to buy from but this one isn't one of them.
I don't know what their deal is but if you look at the BBB site you'll get a picture. Customer service is not on the priority list.
