There was never an issue. I just needed some information on some hardware I was interested in purchasing.
I received the needed information, and ordered the perspective hardware.

Resolved: No help
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company blocked me from making purchases because I allegedly owed money on items that were “charged back” to them from a purchase I allegedly made over a year ago. I was never made aware of the charged back items when the incident occurred, but I paid the balance & my account was restored, allowing me to make purchases again.
Never would help when my orders kept getting canceled/refunded. I was told multiple times that someone from tier 2 support would be contacting me, to no avail. Further, I was still not informed why I was unable to make purchases from the website.

It's hard to contact for a refund. There's no follow-through on the refund.
The overall communication is poor. The procedures to file for a return are complicated and difficult.

I hae an issue also with a cancellation request that is being ignored. I made a mistake and wound up with 2 identical orders and payments, and now it seems no one will respond to the cancellation.
The only responce I have received focused on the veteran discount that would not work, and not a mention of the cancellation request.
Now thay have sent a notice of shipping both orders and no reponce to my emails , and cannot talk to a representative. Customer service is severely lacking with this company.
