Aquis Communications Poor Customer Service
We have been doing business with Aquis for four years. We have had numerous billing errors, service problems and equipment issues. When i called to discuss these issues and was not helped by the rep Erica and asked to talk to a manager I was advised one was not available how does a company not have a manager available to address customer issues? I was told they would call me back in one to two business days, that was nine business days ago have yet to hear from a manager? I can't believe the service we have received from them.
