- - Nov 4, 2023: I injured my foot at the casino; Nathan E, supervisor, handled my complaint and was unprofessional, threatening to escort me off.
On November 4,2023 , I injured my foot at this casino.The security supervisor Nathan E, was called to handle my complaint.This idiot was very unprofessional, disrespectful and highly irresponsible in handling my complaint. He threatened to escort me off the property , if I claimed to be injured. This is my first visit to your resort and it shall be the last , if you employ these kind of people at your company.

I stayed at the Aquarius Casino in Laughlin, Nevada. I got bed bug bites in my bed.
I complained and was inspected and given a claim number. I've never heard from them again, 7 months have passed. When I call to inquire I can only leave a message and no one ever calls back.
