Absolutely terrible experience! Would NOT recommend.

Our instructor never showed up for our first class.

After several phone calls I was told she was in a car accident-which I found out later happened 1wk prior and I was never contacted by the company despite ample notice.

I was obviously happy to reschedule being that this was an unforeseen circumstance and I had to reach out to the company repeatedly to do so.

When I was finally rescheduled I was told the instructor would contact me.

She never did. She never responded to my texts and didnt showed up to our class-for the second time.

Multiple phone calls and emails later and Im still waiting for a response and a refund.

Terribly disappointed with the complete lack of communication and follow through.

I paid for 10 swim lessons with Aqua Mobile Swim school on their website after talking to their person on the telephone. I was assigned Zachary as the instructor.

The day of the scheduled swim lesson, 8/04- Zachary was a no-show. I called the company and spoke with a supervisor who assured me she would find another instructor. She called back and said that there was no other instructor available so I would be getting a full refund of my $904.00 and a "free lesson" - whatever that means, when there is no instructor available. Fast forward to 8/28 - no refund has even been attempted to be provided to my credit card.

I have called Aqua Mobile Swim School three times asking about the refund and each time assured that if "Bailey" the supervisor, said she was going to refund the money, that she would.

She hasn't.

This is a total rip-off. Stay far away from this sham of a company.
