Company is not honoring warranty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We purchased our cover and system back in July of 2018. We have young children and wanted to keep them safe.

We felt a peace of mind when we purchased our product because we were promised a 7 year warranty on the cover and 10 year warranty on the system. 3 years later our cover ripped. We contacted Aquamatic and they told us that the warranty didn't cover our issue. They said we had a webbing issue and it wasn't covered.

Nothing like this was mentioned at the time of purchase. There was no differentiation between webbing and fabric discussed. But now they are telling us that they will not cover our pool cover even though we have a warranty. They are playing semantics and again at the time of sale none of this was mentioned.

This company is not honest and will not honor warranty.

I wish I would have looked on Better Business Bureau before I purchased from Aquamatic because I saw the exact same situation that I'm going through mentioned, there. It seems as though we are not the first customers that they have scammed!

AQUAMATIC POOL COVERS does not stand by their products.

I would never ever use this company out of Gilroy, Ca again. The typical pool cover costs about 10K and they will not stand behind their products. Ours broke and they wanted to charge $200+ to drive 10 miles to give an estimate. They have zero customer service skills. They said that the so called "fee" was not negotiable. We were stuck with this broken pool cover that wasn't even 2 years old without anyone to fix it. I called the builder of the pool and let them know that they may not want to recommend this company anymore.

I have an Aquamatic pool cover and Love it!!!!!!

I no longer need to look at that ugly porta-fence any more, which the dog has already gnawed through.

Their installation crew were very polite and quick. The entire installation of my cover from start to finish took about 4 hours.

My only complaint would be that the "guides" wear out too fast. Ours only lasted 3 years, which I was told is pretty good considering the number of times we operate it.

My husband decided to change them out himself, and with the help of Aquamatic's technical support center, he was able to complete the job in less than an hour.

We absolutely love our cover and would recommend it to anyone.
