Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. The company reached out to us and is paying for the septic line fix as well as reimbursing us for the footer allowance. They state they are sending someone out to address the concrete and the filter gauge..

Unfortunately, I am writing this review because of the poor outcomes and zero response from the company. We had our pool was installed March 2022. Footer allowance was prepaid and not used completely. Attempted multiple times since March to obtain reimbursement via contact with original salesman Brandon. Septic line was damaged during install and receipts for reimbursement were submitted to Brandon without resolution. Filter gauge has never worked which was also communicated to Brandon without resolution. Concrete is cracking in all four corners and is now sinking on one side of pool. I emailed COO Donovan Naras all of the above information on 8/27/2022, asking to hear from someone by the next business day (8/29/2022). On 8/28/2022, Donovan forwarded the email to project coordinator Adriana and to accounting person Patricia but we have not heard back. SIX MONTHS without response! Initially the company seemed great and we had communication for installation dates and dates for subcontractors. Once we asked for our money back for the footer and septic line repair, we were ghosted. Our phone calls, texts and emails were ignored. We decided to go with this company based of the mostly favorable reviews and customer service but we unfortunately are not having the same experience.
