Where is my iPhone 14 Pro Max? It said 3-5 days its been 11 days. If Ive got the wrong number, give me the right number Im not gonna sit here and type at least 100 symbols just because you say so your website says one thing and you do another so the least you can do is have the courtesy of doing the favor of looking up the right *** number

Terrible service as the customer service website wont provide me with a verification code so I can place my request for 16" wheels for Launching Boat Dolly Stainless.

Very frustrating and very poor customer service.

Aqua Marine, Dan Forest, sold me a Reverse Osmosis system for my boat in the 1997 time frame. It became clear this past month I needed to replace the HP Gauge on the system and I needed to replace the HP membrane.

Dan said he could do both but that the gauge had been replaced by a 2" diameter model as opposed to the 1.5" model in my system. The cost to replace the HP membrane was roughly 620.00 + tax. The cost to replace the gauge was 150.00 + tax. The real issue with the gauge was the need to file out the opening in stainless steel control panel to fit the new sized gauge.

I was not looking forward to doing that. We also spoke of doubling the capacity of the system which Dan said could be done for an additional 1250.00. All told I was looking at an estimated cost outlay of roughly 2020.00 + tax. Dan offered to cut my cost by 200.00 as an incentive for ordering on the phone during our initial conversation.

I told him I'd think about it. I then began to do some research. I found I was able to replace the membrane for 197.00 from a retail out of state vendor. I was able to upgrade the system with a second membrane for 615.00, a savings of 812.00.

I should have been smart at this point and realized he was unscrupulous. I still needed to replace the HP gauge so I called him back and ordered the 2" gauge. The day after it arrived I was talking to a fellow boater who had the same system as mine and who had had to replace his 1.5" gauge. I told him of my having to use the 2" gauge Dan told me was available as a replacement.

My boating neighbor laughed and gave me the phone number of a local distributor who had my exact same gauge for 90.00. I no longer needed to file out the hole in the control panel.

I called Dan and told him I was going to return his gauge. He was angry and only rebated me 127.00 of the 172.00 he charged me for the incorrectly sized gauge which was in my possession only two days and which I never attempted to install.
