No need for you to get involved. Companies that only send automated responses to customers that have issues with the manufacturers equipment, dont deserve return business.
I now know that Aqualung is out to sell products only. Not to help customers and promoted customer loyalty. Aqualung I get it. My fault for buying your product and assuming you cared about your customers.
I LEARNED MY LESSON. Never buy Aqualung products.
Certainly dont buy big ticket items like the i550 computer. Message received.

Poor service.
- - Reg rebuilt by Divers World Erie failed at 40 ft after 10 dives, forcing buddy breathing; shop wouldn't help, I rented a reg and canceled a dive.
Had a reg rebuilt at Divers World in Erie, PA. Failed at about 40 feet after 10 dives.
Had to buddy breathe to the surface. Dive shop refused to do anything about it. I had to give up my second boat dive because of the failed reg. I had to rent a reg from the local shop for the rest of the week to finish out the week.
I will NEVER spend another penny with Divers World of Erie, EVER again. I contacted Aqua Lung to check the parts taken out of the regulator that divers world rebuilt and they said they would not do it. I SHOULD TRUST THE DEALER.
I just wanted them to check the specs on the parts to see if they were out of spec like the diveshop stated. They refused.
