Need help..aqua it won't start
- - Aqua-bot worked before storage but did not move after returning to the pool.
- - No water moves; tracks worn; control unit unresponsive.
Aqua-bot was cleaned and put up 2 days prior.. when put back in pool, electricity to control box was positive..
it worked as usual, but aqua-not never moved or responded.. we bought it way less than a year ago.. I did troubleshooting/ the tracks are a little worn.. no water moves through the robot..
its dead in the water.. no response to controll unit at all

I had an aquabot that I bought in 1991 and I mess and broke Last year 2021. So if I had one for 30 year I'll get another WRONG !!!
I got last August used it for 1 n a half moth put it away for the winter open my pool put it in it did one cleaning and stop I have been waiting for aquabot to email for a week SO I called them I live in Mass. the

Called to follow up on not recieving mail label to send my Aquabot Junior back to Aquabot for free repair
I spoke to cosumer specialist about this problem yesterday, she said she would send a free mailing lable to mail product back to you, still have not received label by email!
