Bad service
We called this company to help with our water issue and they made so many promises at the beginning. We were told there system will do the job and get the water where it needs to be, 7 months later we are still having the same problem.
We have called, complained reached out to corporate for help and we still have not been contacted. I am still looking for solutions. Do not use these people they sale you equipments that cost over $5000 and then forget all about you. They make so many promises and fail as owners.
Bad customer service And no professionalism. Our next step is calling the news on them so people can see how bad they are.

When they came to test the water, they were very kind, obviously, they did their work of convincing, they offered many bags of soaps and cleaners with the aroma that I preferred, and they simply came to me the surprise with the aromas that they wanted, When I call to request information, nobody answers the phones, it looks like a ghost company. Be careful with financing!
Extremely high interest. They do not accept to buy cash.
