This company is awful awful awful to fine. I have been trying to cancel for over a year. Cannot find anyone to help me cancel cancel.

Sorry I cannot give your company any review until I hear from your company and I like to know why you have change Price from $5.41to $7.58 without any warning to let me know you are changing prices so please check this out yesterday July 18 you charge my card for $7.58 I need explanation why? Horrible product - Bad service

We purchased a new Jacuzzi hot tub in Sept. 2019. It has been unusable over 3 months during that time. The service to repair has been worthless. We cannot contact a store or regional mgr. as they are always ". . . out of the office today." We want this piece of crap removed and our money back. Do not waste you money on this product. We had another brand for over 12 years with only one needed service call. We are not rookies when it comes to tubs. This brand is crap.
