As of today 11/21/23 I still have no resolution, no one calls to talk to me and when I call all I get is voice mail. Their response is to send a text that says " I'm working on resolving this problem."

Horrible product - Bad service

It has been unusable over 3 months during that time. The service to repair has been worthless. We cannot contact a store or regional mgr. as they are always ".
. . out of the office today." We want this piece of crap removed and our money back. Do not waste you money on this product.
We had another brand for over 12 years with only one needed service call.
We are not rookies when it comes to tubs. This brand is crap.
