I bought a small lot in a community and Livingston Texas. It is somewhere that I plan to go only on weekends occasionally and does not have a home on the property.

Aqua America is the only option for water so I called and had it connected. So far so good. I received my first bill again there was no usage but I thought maybe it was connection fees etc, and it was over $100. The following month I received my bill with zero usage the bargain price of $104.

Aqua charges a flat fee of $60 per month for sewer.

Normally this is based on your usage which I had none so the sewer fee should have been minimal. I have since discontinued service with aqua because I could not afford $104 per month just for the pleasure of maybe using a few gallons of water.

I'm attempting to pay my bill!

The "new website" doesn't recognize me. It claims to have sent a password reset to my email, yet I have not received it. I refuse to pay a fee for doing something, so you can call it "convenient." Nothing is convenient about wasting my time trying to pay a simple bill.

You can expect an email telling you that this is your fault or your email provider's fault for having a firewall blocking their attempts to contact you. That is a lie. I have dozens of accounts that contact me regularly without problems.

Wants only to get my personal banking account information to auto pay thats *** i don t want to expose my account i want to pay with credit card only and auto pay so i don t have to hear from This *** company i m a small business owner i never charge the customer fee for processing shame on you making millions and still cheap charging 1.95 processing fee bunch of thieves. Thanks google you do reviews only for small companies to hurt them but corporate no they pay you money.

Preferred solution: Using credit card to auto pay they trying to save money to avoid paying the credit card fee but they charge you processing fees lol.

Unreasonable "Customer Charge" add to bill.

Aqua just jacked all of my neighborhood's water bill by over 50% with what they call a new "Customer Charge" starting NOW. Aqua says this new $25/month charge/household is defined as: "Customer Charge: This charge covers the cost of having water service available, including operations, maintenance, meter reading and other necessary services that are not covered under the consumption charge. It is billed whether or not you use any water."

My water use charge if only $47/month so that's over a 50% increase in just 1 month without notifying any of us.

What VA state officials can we contact to get this charge stopped?

Incorrect billing horrible customer service

I need to speak to someone however I can not seem to be able to get anyone. The automated service says I owe over 400$ which is ridiculous...my bill usually runs between 40 to 50$ a month. My account was paid up in May and two payments have been made one for 47$ the other 90$. I need someone ASAP

Disappointed with customer service

Just purchased a question portable pump with pressure tank and have a couple of questions about performance and set up. Pump comes on and struts down every 20 seconds. So I have great pressure then poor pressure every 20 seconds I tried to call for help.nothing!!! :-(

HI called last week of June to start service on our address and today July 11 they cut off our water. I just moved in the address?! And wth ! No warning ?! We didnt have water at all ! I didnt even have the customer number yet !

My water was shut off with no warning! The address for where payments were to be sent was changed with absolutely no notification to me.

I don't owe you anything! Why are you still bothering me about payment. It's absolutely no wonder why your ratings are terrible, because they are deserved! I wish I had an alternative!

Payment

SI called and found out what the amount owed by my phone number. But then in order to make the payment, I need the account number. They did not offer the account number even after locating it by using my phone number WTH If you have my balance owed on my first bill I might add, it should accept payment without any more info needed.

After being a customer for 33 years I get the worst treatment possible from Aqua!

My water was shut off 21/2 weeks ago while I was in surgery on my back. My wife and I got home to our Raleigh house with no water. The customer representative I spoke with today said I shouldnt have been told that there would be another shutoff. My payments to Aqua for years have been going to Bryn Mawr, PA. She informed me that the billing office had always been in Philadelphia, PA. I find this very strange that for all these years there had never been a problem.

The first thing was the technician called me the day after I put the order in to say he was there, I had to explain that it wasnt scheduled until the 3rd of March. I called today and was told I was on an all day appointment and there would be a 30 min call ahead of time. I waited until 430 on and then tried calling customer service again and couldnt get passed an automated system. I wasted an entire day waiting for someone to show up and never even received a courtesy call to let me know they couldnt make it
