Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apricot were beyond helpful.

. I had inadvertently used an old email to order and therefore they had no record of my purchase with my normal email..

They updated my details. My refund came very quickly.

Problem with return

Apricot Clothing - Problem with return

I need to return an item. The order status still says awaiting dispatch but I received it nearly 3 weeks ago.

I only have a few days left to return and am not able to generate a return because according to the account status it hasn't been despatched.

The only msg I have had is that my issue is solved as I have received my order. I can't return till I can get a label which I can't because of the order status.

A geometric dress on Apricot's UK website costs £19.00, while on their German website it costs the equivalent of £53.12. Both prices are for the dress itself without shipping costs. Do they not realise we live in a global society?
