Complaint

Disappointed that when my Dr. first ordered oxygen and the company called me to make arrangements, I asked to be put on the waiting list for a portable concentrator. I wasn't put on the list. My Dr. called the company again, and I am now on the list. The rep is now telling me that I need a special prescription, which the Dr. has now given. The waiting list is at least for 3 months. Why didn't the rep tell me this when your company first received my request?

User's recommendation: Customer service representative inform people that a special prescription is needed for a portable concentrator.

Inability to get CPAP from you guys

Ive been for the last 6 months communicating with my local office. My zip code is 13849. For 6 months my local Apria office has been billing Fidelis but I don't have fidelis any longer. Ive spoken to several people at the branch several times to resolve the issue. I received a call today from my local office stating that I was approved for a CPAP. They also said I had a $30.00 one time payment, I asked who did they get approval from. She stated Fidelis. Once again I had to explain that I am a World Trade Center First Responder and they should be billing that insurance. By the way I've told this to my local office about 7 times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they told mr they don't have one. All I want is for them to give me a CPAP that I was prescribed 7 months ago by UHS Sleep center in Binghamton, New York. What do I have to do to get help in resolving this issue. I cannot sleep and my condition has deteriorated exponentially. PLEASE HELP

No getting my cpap supplies

Ordered Aug 11th..called 5 times and they are telling me to call the gls..to get them.to deliver my order..hold time of one hour to 2 hours...non existant rude customer service

Dont use them

Surgery friday, hosp lost cpap tubing/head gear. Ordered it sat. Told if i used a credit card it would go right out so i did. 5 days later still waiting!! Cant sleep, this is so poor!!!

Never got the shipment after 12 telephone calls

I ordered CPAP supplies from Apria Direct on 24 August 2019 but never received them. According to the them the shipment was made on August 21st which was before I placed my order! I have called them repeatedly and told him about the problem with the tracking order having been wrong but have not been able to resolve the problem. The tracking number according to them was a "glitch". I asked to speak with a manager higher up and was misdirected to their pharmacy department and then to a department in the Philippines. I finally canceled my credit card payment to them on 10 Sept 2019 and went to another company which has already sent me my shipment. I would never recommend ApriaDirect again because their right hand doesn't seem to know what their left hand is doing, and they don't care about customers.

I cancelled the order from ApriaDirect and ordered the supplies I needed from The CPAP Store which arrived three days later, the same day I finally received the ApriaDirect order, some three weeks after I'd made the original order. I returned the package back through FEDEX and never want to hear from ApriaDirect again. Their customer service is horrible, and the right hand doesn't seem to know what the left hand is doing.
