Waited and waited for the advert then found out the Indian restaurant where my ad was placed had shut down. After numerous calls to their very rude customer service team and their failure to get back to me I feel completely let down. Companies like this should be shut down they have no business ethics. They take your money upfront then fail to deliver on all counts. If they cared about their customer they should have a proper follow up...

I'm a restaurant signed up with Appy ppl they have gone and told sponsors of adds on our menu a load of lies promising discount and vouchers for people to go on our menu. They are such a lying bunch of bullies going after small businesses so rude I've tried withdrawing from them they breached the contract by telling people lies and selling decent hard working people things that aren't true vouchers and discounts. I'm considering legal action...

I've also had issues with this company, I had a 24 month contract with them I haven't seen the advertisement at all I have been into the local resturant where my advertisement is in their menus and they are using different menus! 12 months on I have had £104 taken from my account from appy ppl (payment for advertising) they say, so I queried this because I paid for the 24 months upfront. They told me over the telephone that it's payment for the...

This Company have taken over £1400 so far for an advert that we have yet to see. They are also taking over £400 a month through the "printing and setting up" process. Call them to enquire and you get some snotty cow on the phone banging on that it takes 12-16 weeks for the whole process and you have to pay all up front before you see any kind of advert. Now, pretty sure that January to July is a little longer than 16 weeks. I shall be chasing all...

The sales guy told us a deal that was not true, the restaurant didn't display the menus for more than a couple of months (from a 2 year deal) and Appy Ppl did nothing. The team that answer the phones are shockingly rude and arrogant, i guess because they receive so many unsatisfied customers?! We tried to use our loyalty card, which to be honest was what sold the deal to us - only to be told that the restrictions on the card meant that we would...

I placed an advert in the menu of our popular local Indian takeaway/restaurant in Dec 15, the menu is till not printed ( I was told by the rep it Would be out by Feb at the latest) The customer service centre manager must be the rudest most abrupt person I have ever spoken to in my business life and she never returns my phone calls with any information. The sales rep lied about the length of the contract and about the cost of the artwork (it...
