I have contacted them at least 4 times to get rid of bots taking over my computer!!!! from merlin ai app
everything in my computer now has a blue box..and i can't type properly in many places including social platforms and emails. I have asked for a refund and asked them to get rid of all invasive bots in my computer..
it is horrific experience that just started yesterday when i noticed strange noises when i login and basic things i can't no longer do.. but i can only reach appsumo on their twitter page for now and they have not responded after so many messages in the last 2 days.
i don't want to waste more time they need to fix everything in my computer asap and make it free again!!
Preferred solution: i want them to fix my computer and pay to get it fixed due to bots taking it over and i am dysfunctional in many social platforms and emails usage!!! its enough wasting of my time here

I sent a message to SendFox customer service, but they have acknowledged failure to receive past messages.
