Not honoring approved transactions
STAY AWAY!! I sold a boat, the charge was approved, delivered the boat, then the next day Appstar wanted documentation, sales slips, contracts, warranty, my dealer license you name it they wanted it. After a lot of back and forth they denied payment saying I wasn't approved to sell boats. I AM A PAWN SHOP AND USED VEHICLE DEALERSHIP I CAN'T TELL WHAT I MAY HAVE TO SELL, I AM BONDED LICENSED. Then they said I only had a 300 charge limit really?? Why would I keep a processor that approves charges and when it fits them or when YSTACovid-19 hit and sales are slim they pick and choose what they will or will not honor.

Harassment crazy people to make you to accept and unreal
This APPSTART net company is the worst scam customer ever seen in the country. They lie to you they approve accounts without authorization of your consent they make signed up and application to lie to you about it theme you get involved in a contract that never was approved for you they give a a tones of paper without making you read. They trying to make you accepted the credit card machine without your authorization and if you refuses to get it your they make you feel like your nightmare start trying to get almost 500 hundred dollars for something that you never was agreed to accepting. This situation after wellfargos bank looks like they don’t learned that lesson

APPSTAR STAY CLEAR AWAY
IF YOU DECIDE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL GET THE SHORT END OF THE STICK "TRUST ME" LOOKED THIS COMPANY UP ON YELP AND YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR A NEW COMPANY ASAP!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR BUT IT WILL BE ALL LIES ..MAKE SURE IF YOUR TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND THEY AGREE ON IT HAVE THEM WRITE IT DOWN OR SEND YOU A EMAIL STATING EVERYTHING THERE GOING TO DO FOR YOU SO AT LEAST YOU HAVE IT IN WRITING.THAT WAS MY BIGGEST MISTAKE , BUT I CALLED BBB A FEW YEARS AGO ON THEM AND THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL

APPSTAR is misleading and money hungry
Appstar is a credit card processing company, they come into your business and set up creditcard machines and provide the processing. Upon trying to save ourselves some money on processing fees,(because of our failing economy and like everyone else, we shop for better pricing from many of our vendors) my partner sat down with a sales rep, Cheryl, and she proceeded to make empty promises and failed to tell, or disclose, to my partner that there would be a $495 early cancellation fee. She also totally complicated getting equipment set up with Fairpoint. One of her statements (because we were concerned we already had a contract with another comp)was that our current contract could be broken. "contracts are broken all the time" then when we decided not to go with them, they had set up an acct, started pulling money from our account and pulled $495 from our bank acct because I called and cancelled. Upon being told what I needed to do to avoid the charges, (send long detailed fax explaining why I cancelled-- explained to me by Cheryl--whining all the while that she is a single mother and would be fired) I promptly did the same day! When discovered that they pulled the $495 I called a customer service # and Cheryl just lied to them and made it sound like we verified and "ok'd" everything that transpired, which was total bullsh@!#$t. We have never had the equipment, never had any processing done and cancelled within days and are still being charged a monthly fee FOR NOTHING!! Thanks for all your help Appstar for putting us even farther behind in these struggling times!
