Your false, deceptive and bait and switch advertising. Your Customer Service agents are either following crooked company policy or they are just too stupid to know the difference in the meanings of Don,'free and discount.
I will be filing a complaint with the federal.

- - Email from Approved Science said shipment via USPS with tracking on 3-31-2023.
- - Product arrived 4-8-2023 after being told it was back-ordered.
I received an email on 3-31-2023 from Approved Science telling me that the product has shipped by USPS with a tracking number. I checked the status of the shipment on 4-6-2023 and it showed that the product had not been delivered to USPS.
I called the company and was told that the product had been on back order and that they expect that they will get the product in stock in the next few days. I asked why that I got the shipped notice and got a bunch of double talk.
I received the product on 4-8-2023. It must have been in stock when I called.
