Lost order

I received an email on 3-31-2023 from Approved Science telling me that the product has shipped by USPS with a tracking number. I checked the status of the shipment on 4-6-2023 and it showed that the product had not been delivered to USPS. I called the company and was told that the product had been on back order and that they expect that they will get the product in stock in the next few days. I asked why that I got the shipped notice and got a bunch of double talk. I received the product on 4-8-2023. It must have been in stock when I called.
