I can't understand why when somebody sends me money y'all are going to charge me almost $300 to get my money it's not fair they sent it to me you should just take your fee out of that money and give me the balance not make me take money out of my pocket to put in your pocket to get money that's sitting there in your shop for me don't let anybody send money through cash app to you have them send it straight to the bank ot Western Union.

I have copied and pasted the logo from approved cash above and have the following to state as facts. I received a $700 loan from this company and as if they care about the low income...well with the $700 dollar loan came with payments for 12 months of $150 payments which comes to $1600 in pay back.
That is 5 months of $150 payments to pay off the original $700 plus another7 months of $150 payments which equates to 5 months to pay off the loan plus another 7 months of $150 payments which equates to $800 of interest for a $700 loan. these guys are leaches who cabbage off of pour folks and yet they advertise of giving back to the communities as if they care about helping the fold striving to get help. what a joke. Please join me in reaching out to your local state representative to help making this type of leaches illegal and shut them down from scamming off of the pour community.They dont care about YOU just making your life worst than needed and getting money any way they can in these time of a pandemic.

ACAC d/b/a Approved Cash Employee Stole My Identity And Took Out Three Fraudulent Loans On My 2012 Dodge Journey
CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, Steve and Rane, take the Lien off my vehicle and give me back my, 2012, Dodge Journey Car Title, in which Rane your employee, the Store Manager, obtain three fraudulent Car Title Loans, against, La Johnda James, for her personal use. This crime happened, while all La Johnda James personal information set and still do set in Approved Cash office, which is Approved Cash property, in which they maintain. La Johnda James pawned her Car Title on July 11, 2015 at ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, 2912-H Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama 36605, 251 472****. Rane the Store Manager handled the approvable of the loan. She also signed the loan contract. La Johnda James gave Rane her title and in return, Rane gave her a $1,500.00 dollars check. La Johnda James went back to Approved Cash on July 15, 2015 and took out another Car Title Loan on the same vehicle. Rane handled the approvable of the loan. Rane also signed the contract. Rane gave La Johnda James a $1,000.00 dollar check. So, the total of the two loans combined came to $2,649.74 cents, finance charges included, which was $149.74 cents, monthly. On August 24, 2015, La Johnda James received a missed phone call that showed up on her cell phone voicemail saying, hey this Rane, give me a call. When La Johnda James called the number back Rane answered the phone, saying Approved Cash and the conversation went like this.
Rane said, I was just calling to see when you were going to come in and pay. La Johnda James told Rane, Monday. Rane then asked, what time are you coming in. La Johnda James asked her what time do they close? Rane said 6:o’clock. La Johnda James said, it will be sometime in the afternoon before 6. Rane said, ok I’ll be here. Instead of going in on a Monday, La Johnda James went in the next day, which was on a Tuesday. Tuesday, August 25, 2015 was the day that La Johnda James founded out that fraud had been done against, her by the same lady, who left her name on her cell phone voicemail, indentifying, herself, as Rane. On July 15, 2015, Rane took out a fraudulent Car Title Loan on La Johnda James 2012 Dodge Journey at ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, 2912-H Dauphin Island Parkway, Mobile, Alabama 36605, 251 472-****. Rane handled the approvable of the loan. Rane signed the contract, as well. Rane gave herself, $200.00 dollars in cash, out of ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, Funds.
On July 20, 2015, Rane took out a second fraudulent, Car Title Loan on La Johnda James, 2012 Dodge Journey. Rane handled the approvable of the fraudulent loan. Rane signed the contract, as well. Rane gave herself, $100.00 dollars in cash, out of ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, Funds. On July 25, 2015, Rane took out a third fraudulent Car Title Loan on La Johnda James 2012 Dodge Journey. Rane handled the approvable of the fraudulent loan. Rane signed the contract, as well. Rane gave herself, $200.00 more dollars in cash, out of ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, Funds. Back to Tuesday, August 25, 2015: After La Johnda James had walked into Approved Cash, on Dauphin Island Parkway, in Mobile, Alabama she was told by Lauren who is an employee at Approved Cash that the monthly finance charges on her Car Title Loans were, $190.00 dollars. Immediately, La Johnda James told Lauren that, she didn’t owe that much, she told her that she only owed somewhat of about, $143.00 dollars. La Johnda James then asked Lauren how much was the late fee? Lauren said $10.00 dollars. La Johnda James went on to say, well my payment should be $150.00, something dollars. After that Lauren showed La Johnda James her account on the computer. It showed that La Johnda James had borrowed a total of $3,000 dollars. La Johnda James said that was wrong. Lauren then said let me look in your folder. Lauren showed La Johnda James 5 contracts. La Johnda James said I suppose to have 2 contracts not 5. After repeating again that she suppose to have 2 contracts, La Johnda James looked at the contracts. She saw that 3 of the contracts that were sign was not her signature. Immediately La Johnda James told Lauren these are not my signatures on these loans. Lauren looked at the signatures and said they damn sure are not. Lauren then called Rane, the Store Manager and told her that a costumer was in the store disputing that she got three more loans. So, Rane said, I’m on the way there. When Rane got there which was a matter of minutes, she walked in and said Miss James you know you came in and got some more money. La Johnda James said, yes that one time and I got a $1,000.00 dollars and that is the last time I been in here. Rane did not dispute La Johnda James, although she did say to La Johnda James, just pay it. However before Rane became quieted and sat down in a chair at a desk Rane offered La Johnda James a credit. According to Rane and Lauren the credit would waive La Johnda James first month, monthly finance charge, payment. La Johnda James did not accept Rane offer, instead she went out to the car and explained to her mother about what was going on. Lauren followed her outside. La Johnda James told her mother that someone had forged her signature on three loan contracts. She said they sign my name to them and the signatures are not mines. She told her mother I suppose to have two loans not five. Lauren too, told Mrs. Kidd someone had forged your daughter signature on three loans contracts. Lauren said, the signatures are not your daughter’s. Lauren went on to say she did it. Mrs. Kidd asked, who? Lauren called out her name and said, she in there. The woman in the building, the employee, who your daughter, initial took out the 2 loans from, she is the store manager. La Johnda James told her mother I need you to come in here and look at these loans. So, Mrs. Kidd got out the car and walked into the building with her daughter and Lauren. Mrs. Kidd looked at all five of the loans. Mrs. Kidd, as well said, to her daughter and to Lauren, while Rane continued to sit quietly in the chair behind the desk, these are not your signatures. Mrs. Kidd immediately asked for copies of the two loans, contracts, in which her daughter took out and copies of the three fraudulent loans contracts, as well. After Mrs. Kidd had received the copies from Lauren, she asked Lauren for the Store Manager, Supervisor name and number. Lauren told Mrs. Kidd her name was Pat and she gave Mrs. Kidd, Pat cell phone number, which is 251 366-****. Lauren said to Mrs. Kidd, that’s how we get in contact with Pat, through her cell phone, that’s how she does her business here. Right away Mrs. Kidd called Pat. Pat said she couldn’t talk to Mrs. Kidd without permission from La Johnda James. Quickly, La Johnda James gave Pat permission to talk to her mother. Immediately, Mrs. Kidd explained to pat about what had happen. Mrs. Kidd told pat that someone had forged her daughter, LaJohnda James name and had taken out three loans on her vehicle. Mrs. Kidd stated to Pat that this is fraud, theft, and identity theft. Pat said, she was going to look into it. Mrs. Kidd told Pat you can look at the signatures and you can run the cameras back and see that my daughter did not do it. Pat said, well we can do that, run the cameras back. As they spoke later, Pat said, she was looking at La Johnda James account, right now. Through cell phone conversation Pat said that an investigation was going to have to be done, as well as, rolling the cameras back and an audit was going to have to be done. Pat said now all the contracts are going to have to be looked into, not just your daughter’s. Pat said she was going to call them back. Well, Pat never called them back, so Mrs. Kidd and LaJohnda James called her back. Pat said she hadn’t heard anything from the audit team and the cameras. So, again, Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James waited to hear from Pat. After not hearing back from Pat, they called her cell phone, only to be sent to her voicemail whereas to, no messages could be left on it. Still, Pat did not call them back, so they decided to text Pat on August 28, 2015 3:22 pm. The text to Pat from Mrs. Kidd: Hi this is La Johnda James Mother. La Johnda James and I Mrs. Kidd are checking, on how the investigation is going. You said, you were going to call us we haven't heard from you, Pat concerning someone forged her signature and stole 500.00 and added it to her title pawn account on her Dodge Journey. We asked you to run the cameras back did you do it. Please give us a call, as soon as, possible. This is a criminal case theft as well as fraud. Through this text, although Pat had Mrs. Kidd phone number, Mrs. Kidd placed her phone number in the text and then said, thank you. The text from Pat to Mrs. Kidd on August 28, 2015 4:29 pm: Ok as soon as I hear back from the audit team and the results of the camara’s I will call you, probably Monday maybe Tuesday the latest Mrs. Kidd Text back to Pat on August 28, 2015 4:47 pm: K
But of course, the opinion of La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd, was the only way Pat would respond to them was after the text was sent to her cell phone otherwise they feel, as though they never would have heard from her.
Again, after not hearing back from Pat, La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd called Pat. This time Pat answered her cell phone and told Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James that they were going to take the $500.00 dollars off her account. Mrs. Kidd asked Pat did they run the cameras back. Pat said yes. Then Pat started to stutter, before speaking and said they couldn’t quite make some of them out, I don’t know how your daughter look. Pat knows how La Johnda James looks they ran the cameras back on July 11, 2015 and July 15, 2015, and then some for the dates that La Johnda James was and wasn't at Approved Cash. They also ran the cameras back again on July, 15, 2015, July 20, 2015 and July 25, 2015 when La Johnda James was not in their facility, except for the 15th of July, 2015. Keep in mind Rane, took out the first fraudulent Car Title Loan for herself, against La Johnda James on the same day that La Johnda James took out her last loan on July 15, 2015 and, the CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, Steve, Lauren, the Auditors and Rane all know this by the rolling back of the cameras and the fraudulent loans signatures. Therefore Rane, willfully, intentionally, committed fraud starting on July, 15, 2015, sometime after La Johnda James left out of Approved Cash facility. What we don’t know is how long has this type of behavior been going on and how many people are involved in this scam to trap and steal Customers Cars by adding fraudulent loans to customers contracts? Is this an inside racket. Is Rane doing this for someone higher up in the business, such as Corporate? Is Rane doing this for the Approved Cash Store, in which she is employ with, the Managers, Pat and Steve? Last, but certainly not lease, is Rane committing these types of fraudulent crimes, against customers for, her own personal gain? Of course they were told after these crimes were committed Rane came to work driving a new car and her children were now wearing Jordan’s. Thank God for cameras, which proved that La Johnda James did not take out those three fraudulent Car Title Loans, and also thank God for a, honest Approved Cash Employee, Lauren, who told La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd that Rane did this. I say again, now, that the cameras have been rolled back and the CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, Steve, Lauren and Rane, know from the cameras and the signatures that La Johnda James most definitely did not take out those fraudulent loans on her 2012 Dodge Journey. They all know definitely that Rane was the person who committed the crimes against La Johnda James.
Back to Pat: However, La Johnda James, asked Pat to take the lien off her vehicle and give her back her title and that would be the end of this matter. Pat said know, she wasn’t going to do that. Mrs. Kidd explained to Pat and also asked Pat to take the lien off her daughter vehicle and give her back her title. Again, Pat said know. So, La Johnda James and her mother asked Pat for the CEO name and number. Pat said, she didn’t know his name and she didn’t know his number. So, they called 423-614-**** and 180* 611-**** numbers and left messages on the voice mail several times. No, one called them back. So, they called Pat back and asked her for her supervisor name and number. Pat said know. Pat said I’m not going to give it to you. Mrs. Kidd said, what you are saying, is that you are not going to give us his name and number! Pat said, yes I’m the District Manager and you talk to me and know, matter how much you call that 800 number, they just going to call me, not you. Mrs. Kidd, said, what. Pat said, know, matter how many times you call that 800 number and leave messages, they are going to relate your calls to me, I am the District Manager for your area, which was a true statement that Pat made. Every time La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd called the Corporate Office 800 number they never called them back, but they, the Corporate Office did call, Pat after listening to their voicemail messages, concerning the matter in details because Pat told them so. Keep in mind, during this time La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd did not know anyone name at the Approved Cash Corporate Headquarters, until they looked the CEO name up over the internet. Therefore they called the Corporate Office and left a voicemail message with the CEO, President of Approved Cash, Manuel Marrero name, included in the message, even though there was no way they could contact him, nor his secretary. Afterwards, a lady name Emily Gilliam called Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James. Emily Gilliam said, La Johnda James had to give her permission to talk to her mother, in which La Johnda James immediately gave Emily Gilliam permission to talk to her mother at any given time. La Johnda James mother asked her what was her name and her position. She said her name was Emily Gilliam, the Director over Approved Cash Complaints. Emily Gilliam, said, she was calling from the complaint department, she told Mrs. Kidd that she had to go through the proper steps first before this matter gets to the CEO, Manuel Marrero. Therefore she was going to call Patty who is the same person, namely Pat, who is Approved Cash District Manager in Mobile, Alabama, where the Fraud took place. However, Mrs. Kidd told Emily Gilliam that Pat, said, you all are not going to do anything. Don’t call you all because you all are going to call her. Emily Gilliam did not deny what Pat had told La James and Mrs. Kidd about calling the Corporate Office 800 number. Mrs. Kidd told, Emily Gilliam that Pat won’t give her and her daughter, her supervisor name nor, number. When asked, Pat said, she was not going to give out his name, as well as, his number. So, Emily Gilliam told Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James that she was going to call Pat Manager and have him call Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James. Mrs. Kidd asked, Emily Gilliam what is Pat boss name? She said his name is Steve. When asked, Emily Gilliam would not give Mrs. Kidd, Steve last name. Mrs. Kidd asked, her how will we, know you talked to Steve. Emily Gilliam said, she was going to call him. Mrs. Kidd then asked Pat to call her back and let her know what Steve said. Emily Gilliam Said yes, I will call you all back and let you all know I talked to him, which was suppose to have been the same day. Emily Gilliam didn’t keep her word. As of September 30, 2015 Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James still have not heard from Emily Gilliam Approved Cash Complaint Director. Although, Steve, who is Pat Manager, called La Johnda James during the time that she was at work, which means, she could not talk to him. She explained to him that she was at work and she asked him to call her back tomorrow, because she couldn’t talk to him. Steve agreed and said yes, he will call La Johnda James the following day. Steve did not call her the next day. Therefore La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd called Steve at 251 433-****. Steve told La Johnda James that he was taking the $500.00 dollars off her contract. Steve told La Johnda James you don’t have to pay the $500.00 dollars. La Johnda James told Steve to settle this I’m asking you to take the lien off my vehicle and give me back my title. Steve said know. La Johnda James said, you have seen, by the cameras that I did not take out those Loans. He said I’m only taking the three loans totaling $500.00 dollars off. So, La Johnda James gave Steve permission to talk to Mrs. Kidd. Steve said, in a nasty tone that he was not going to talk to her. Mrs. Kidd asked, him why you won’t talk to me? Steve said, I’m not talking to you. Again, Mrs. Kidd asked, why want you talk to me? Steve said, by law he couldn’t talk to Mrs. Kidd, which is a lie. During that phone conversation, while Mrs. Kidd was talking, Steve hung the phone up, which was unprofessional on his part. Wanting not to believe that Steve hung the phone up, on Mrs. Kidd, they called Steve back. Again Steve hung the phone up on Mrs. Kidd. In disbelief, La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd called Steve back one more time, which was the third time and that, was when Steve sent them to his voicemail. Now La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd still have all 5 of the contracts, which can prove and show the fraudulent crimes, acts, in which La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd received from Lauren, on August 25, 2015. However by Lauren giving them the copies of the contracts made Pat, very anger with Lauren. Pat asked Lauren, why did you give them those contracts? Pat went on to say you shouldn’t have given those contracts to them. Lauren said to La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd, you all have, a right to those contracts, and a right to know. In spite of all of this, Pat asked, La Johnda James to come in and sign a paper saying that she did not take out the loans, so they can fire the employee who took out the three fraudulent loans in La Johnda James name on her Dodge Journey. Also in spite of all of this, as far as they know, Rane, the Store Manager still works at Approved Cash. Again I say La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd found out about these fraudulent civil case crimes on, August 25, 2015, and today is October 8, 2015, 45 days, with 33 business days included have passed, since these fraudulent crimes were committed against her. It has been 30 days, with 23 business days included since September 9, 2015 since ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, received the settlement offer letters, address to the CEO President Manuel Marrero in care of Approved Cash, take the lien off my vehicle and give me back my Title and the Opt out of the Jury Trial Waiver and Arbitration Clause, as well as, all Clauses in La Johnda James two only Car Title Pawn loans contracts. These letters were received and sign by Approved Cash Corporate Headquarters, Stephanie Holmes. Approved Cash Corporate Headquarters, Emily Gilliam, Director over Complaints, still haven’t contacted Mrs. Kidd and La Johnda James concerning the two written letters that they received.
On Wednesday, September 30, 2015, Mrs. Kidd called Emily Gilliam. Mrs. Kidd told Emily Gilliam the phone number 423 614-**** that you had given me, as your contact number says, voicemail disable, for this extension. As for her own opinion Mrs. Kidd said you disable the voicemail. Emily Gilliam said she did not do it. However Mrs. kidd now had to speak to Emily Gilliam on this this phone number, 423 614-****.
During that final conversation Mrs. Kidd asked Emily Gilliam did she get the two letters? Emily Gilliam said yes. Ok! Why hasn't CEO Manuel Marrero Mike Brandon and Emily Gilliam responded to the letters? Mrs. Kidd told Emily Gilliam again that her daughter wanted the lien taken off her car and she wanted Approved Cash to give her back her title. Emily Gilliam said she was going to call Steve. Mrs. Kidd said know, he hung up in our face, which was so unprofessional. We don’t want to talk to him. Therefore, Emily said she was going to talk to her boss, Mike Brandon about it and she will call Mrs. Kidd back tomorrow know later then, 10:30 AM. The next day was Thursday, October 1, 2015 again Emily Gilliam did not call Mrs. Kidd back. Also the next day La Johnda James walked out of her home to see a very large wood rat with its head cut off directly between her walk way and her porch, in which this had never ever happen before. Back to the letters: Again, as for the two letters, Approved cash Owner, CEO. President, Manuel Marrero and Director of complaints Emily Gilliam and her Boss, Mike Brandon will not respond to the letters.
La Johnda James has taken all the proper steps to settle this crime against her. She has tried in a good faith effort to resolve what was, ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash fault. She has written a Settlement Offer to Approved Cash, which consist of take the Lien off her 2012 Dodge Journey and give her back her title. La Johnda James has also written a letter for an Opt out of the Jury Trial Waiver and Arbitration Clause, as well as, all other Clauses in her two only contracts in which she has with Approved Cash in a timely manner in which Approved Cash has given to their customers. She offered a positive solution to ACAC Inc. d/b/a/ Approved Cash, which was to take the Lien off her vehicle and give her back her title. La Johnda James and her mother were the ones who contacted Pat. La Johnda James and her mother were the ones who contacted, Steve, who hung up the phone on her and her mother. La Johnda James and her mother were the ones who contacted Emily Gilliam. La Johnda James and her mother tried to contact the CEO. President Manuel Marrero. La Johnda James and her mother have talked to Pat, Steve, and Emily Gilliam, Lauren, Rane and have tried to talk to Steve. La Johnda James and her mother have called the Corporate Office over and over again. La Johnda James and her mother have left messages on the Corporate Office voicemail and Pat voicemail. La Johnda James and her mother Mrs. Kidd have text Pat. Pat showed responsibility when she said the fraudulent $500.00 dollars has been taken off LaJohnda James Car Title Loan. Steve showed responsibility when he said he took the fraudulent $500.00 dollars off La Johnda James Car Title Loan. The Corporate Headquarters, Emily Gilliam showed responsibility for Rane negligence fraud crimes, when she said to Mrs. Kidd that she was going to talk to her boss, Mike Brandon, concerning, taking the lien off La Johnda James vehicle and giving her back her title. The Corporate Headquarters, Emily Gilliam showed responsibility for Rane negligence fraud crimes, when she said to Mrs. Kidd that she was going to talk to Steve, who is the District manager over Pat, concerning, taking the lien off La Johnda James vehicle and giving her back her title. Prolonging the Settlement of these fraudulent crimes is bad faith on Corporate Headquarters, CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, Rane and Steve, who caused this problem part. This needed to be resolved.
La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd are the ones keeping the communication going with anyone who will listen. The CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, and Steve are the professionals, but La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd are the ones trying to resolve this, discrepancies Civil Crime.
La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd are the ones taking on a leadership role and they are not Approved Cash, CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, and Steve. This is poor leadership roles. These crimes are Approved Cash responsibilities. This should have been resolved accurately and in a timely manner. La Johnda James Car Title along with all her personal information are, stored in Approved Cash facility. La Johnda James is really afraid of Approved Cash CEO, President, Manuel Marrero, Emily Gilliam, Mike Brandon, Pat, Steve and Rane, to the fact that Approved Cash negligent fraudulent crimes inflicted emotional distress on her, her children and her mother. These fraudulent theft and fraud crimes that were committed against La Johnda James, has caused her to have headaches. She can’t sleep, for fear, she will wake up and her 2012 Dodge Journey will no longer be in the yard or one of them will be inside her home. There are times whereas to she can’t eat. Approved Cash is giving all Car Title Pawns, Payday loans and all others who recommend their family and friends to do business with them, a bad name.

How could Sable call La Johnda James, about a payment and no one from the Corporate Office will write nor call La Johnda James and Mrs. Kidd about the two letters, and the fraudulent, forgery, identity theft crimes, which is ACAC Inc. d/b/a Approved Cash Fault.

One. Spell check is your friend. Two: You sound very uneducated, which makes this claim against this company seem completely without merit. Three: Obviously you do not know the law, as you have slandered several people with this post, I hope that they do not read this because they will certainly file suit against you.
