Beware of Kelly G Smith, appraiser

Zillow was much more accurate than a home appraisal done by Kelly G Smith. She way undervalued the property by $20,000. Upon a request for review she refused to change her numbers. Both realtors involved and the mortgage company said that her appraisal was way below market. I do not recommend any appraisal done by Kelly G Smith in the Florida market.
