Unprofessional, low ball appraisal!
- - Met with Adeel Farooq of Millenium Appraisals; 9:30am, he arrived about 10:30am.
- - Delay wasn't communicated and the appraisal was unsatisfactory.
Find Adeel Farooq with Millenium Appraisals at 4181 Agency Loop, Triangle, VA 22172. This was the company that was assigned to do my appraisal.
We spoke on the phone and agreed on a meeting at 9:30am since I had to take personal time off from work. Sadly, he never called to inform me that he would be late. Nowadays, one can easily estimate their ETA using GPS, but he neglected to do so. When I called him at 9:45am, he said he was running late and would be there around 10:30am.
This was uncalled for, as I was on my personal time off. At this point, he should have known I was not happy. However, rather than apologizing, he gave me a less-than-satisfactory appraisal.
I advise against using his company or his services!!! You will be disappointed!

- - Zillow was more accurate than Kelly G Smith's appraisal.
- - She undervalued the property by $20,000 and refused to adjust in Florida.
Zillow was much more accurate than a home appraisal done by Kelly G Smith. She way undervalued the property by $20,000.
Upon a request for review she refused to change her numbers. Both realtors involved and the mortgage company said that her appraisal was way below market.
I do not recommend any appraisal done by Kelly G Smith in the Florida market.

It’s laughable how important you think you are. If you were, you would have an employee that handles matters like this.
Since you don’t, you take time off work for appointments and other errands. You may at times be in a long line, on hold on the phone or sitting in traffic.
I guess you learned your lesson about how to behave. You got a poor appraisal.
Time is money, and obviously this person didn't have time to waste on idiots that need help telling time! Its called being courteous, little phone call would have gone a long way. Obviously we all know who you voted for you Libtard!
