we never signed service contract with this fraud and scammer company. We sent in the service cancellation request and got a confirmation from them.

However, they continue to steal, rob and charge us every month. This company historically runs by a bunch of crooks and scammers - Amir Shakouri - Frank Perez just to name a few. these 2 guys are dishonest and have trained their staff the same way. You can check these out on the rip off reports.

So many people have filed complaints against this scammer Their customer service is the lowest in the scale.

I highly urge everyone to please stay away from them. They will steal and rob you cleaned.

AMS is a Great company! I have been with them for years!

Allied Merchants is the name of a Payment Gateway and they are crooks! Scam artists dressed in suits.

Warning all business owners. Don’t fall for their line of trying to help your business. Founders and cofounders of AMS are convicted embezzlers who got out of serving time by reaching a settlement. Look up Nasir Shakouri.

Their MO is to pretend to be a legit business, providing a payment gateway for businesses online. They pretend to be the go between for your business’ money transactions and then just keep the money. It’s the perfect scam. Bastards are holding over $150000 of my businesses money.

They have not released my money for two and a half months. They are skimming and they have done it before. How can the government allow these crooks to set up another business in the financial sector or any sector after it has been proven that they have embezzeled money? Makes no sense.
