Nailing Saunders called to harass me but couldn't simply tell me my money was credited back on my card. I've called them 30 times then filed complaint with CFPB WHO FWD TO FDIC AND THEN THEY RETURNED IT TONAPPLIED BANK AND THEY ARE CALLING HARASSING ME AND STILL HAVENT RETURNED MY MONEY!!!

IM.DISABLED ON FIXED INCOME JUST HAD DEATH IN FAMILY AND THEY ARE CALLING THREATENING ME AND REFUSE TO PUT RESOLUTION IN WRITING. SHE EMAILED ME TODAY AND HAD NOTHING GOOD TO SAY...WHY WASTE ALL OF MY DAD BECAUSE YOU STOLE MY PAY??? FIRE HER AND SHUT IT DOWN NOW!!!

THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND MILLIONS OF BBB COMPLAINTS!!! COMPLAINING TO DELAWARE ATTORNEY GENERAL NEXT SINCE YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME PLAYING PHONE TAG YOU LIARS!!!

They never credited my $183 refund from airbnb same day may 20. Supervisor lied said June 8 would be available on card.

I've paid ontime 12 yrs never an increase Their reps are ghetto liars. Thieves and lowlives...fdic didn't help just forwarded back to some idiot name nailing Saunders. She refused to credit and won't talk via email. Threat to call only just so they can lie more and I won't have proof.

Stay far away and they need to be shut down asap after all these complaints.

They don't answer and update to credit reports my score plummeted and their error makes it look like there's no money in my balance because they stole it!!!
File with the DELAWARE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND CFPB AND FDIC, FTC AND FCC...SHUT THESE CRIMINAL ORGANIZATIONS DOWN!!! FRAUDS!!

Want to settle my debt offer made of 400

I am a cancer survivor along with my wife I had a credit card with applied Bank account went South and now I'm ready to repay it back in full I like to make an offer I sent it by mail I believe it was $400 to bring my account to zero that's about the best I can do under the situation I did send a letter please respond as soon as possible and I can get the $400 out to you when I get paid on the 1st of March thank you very much sincerely David Reese Jr

User's recommendation: Have a phone number that they can get through to try to pay their bill instead of doing it by now pretty ridiculous in this time can't have internet or fax or anything that simple electronically I'm 67 and I don't really care for so sure but paying the bill would be a lot easier if I could talk to somebody do it over the phone just seems a little backward that applied Bank makes me write a letter for closed accounts

Activate account Protection program

Technical issues have kept me from contacting my protection program for my credit card. It is time sensitive in the several days that the system's been down is not been an advantage.

Through your app I was able to get an email address to discontinue the program which I use to explain the situation I was in I hope they reply.

But seriously there's no way of contacting these people except for a phone call in which one phone call is sent to another phone call and at the end of my journey technical difficulties which persisted for several days. Yeah I'm pissed.

Balance on card never received I notified them twice

SI never received card I notified them three times, they couldnt give me any information because I dont know account number to s card I never received. I saw on credit carma I have a 86.00 balance with applied bank.

Again I called spent hours on phone trying to get corrected. No avail.

Overdraft/Replacement fee

I'm convinced that these people deliberately mislead senior citizens like myself and had I been better informed this would have never happened I would have been more careful therefore I implore all those considering using this company to better yourself and your credit score to rethink because it has proven to be most counter productive as my credit score has plummetted to point it will take years to recover

Changed my account status to deceased without investigation

I moved and submitted a forwarding address to the post office but somehow, the statement from Applied Bank (unlike others, this bank doesn't offer e-statement!) was sent back. I received an email from then advising the situation and I logged into my account and updated my new address online.

Then 6/14/21, I received a condolence letter from Applied Bank dated 6/1/2021 addressed to "The Estate of (my name)" along with a request to setter the account (???).

What???

I died and I didn't even know it???

I called Applied Bank and they told me my statement was returned with a sticky note saying this person died (???).

My information was submitted; however, I was not able to talk to anyone in dispute except to wait for a return call in 3-5 days (???).

OMG, is this their protocol??? WITHOUT INVESTIGATION, WITHOUT CONFIRMATION, WITHOUT PROOF, WITHOUT ANY CONTACTS, just my account was closed and the status was automatically changed to deceased and, like this is not bad enough, this information was submitted to the credit bureaus.

I spent a whole day just to get through to the credit bureaus to let them know I'm NOT DEAD.

I'm beyond furious, frustrated, tired and upset.

I’m about to cut the dam card up now I try calling to get balance and tested all numbers to get in contact I get call failed no such Acct I just paid 100 on it the 7th I should be able to use it

Ive tried at gas pump Im out of gas it gave me six dollars my freaking gosh I paid early to my card in hopes itll be a great card obviously its a freaking scam

Pamela Turner at Applied Bank is someone to be avoided. She ducks phone calls and is rude to clients.

Open an account at Applied bank will take you several weeks and you will get no phone calls returned or accepted.

Truly the worst banking experience in 40 years. Pamela Turner is not good people -

Bad customer service

I called the number on the back of my credit card and all numbers listed on the web page. I just wanted to close my account.

I'm glad it was not something more important. Every automated step I followed took me right back to another automated service. When the option to speak to a customer representative came up, it took me right back to the same automated deal I had just got done with. Finally I found a number online for technical support and got a lady who was very short with me and kinda rude.

It took me 3 hrs to close out an account that I had always paid on time for years and never had any problems with.

This is not the way a customer should be treated when they call a company, especially a great paying customer. I would never deal with Applied Bank ever again.

They closed my account too and are making me jump thro :( ugh hoops to get my deposit back. Every time I jump through one hoop,m they give me new conditions.

Making payments

On sunday Feb 3 2012 i made my usual online payment. My payment is usually posted on my account the very next day .

What i did this time was though make a 1000.00 pmt not my normal 75-100 pmt where my available credit becomes available instantly. So Tuesday Feb 5 i call customer service and inquire about my available credit. I was informed that since i made a online pmt it can take 4-8 days for my funds to become available. I was told that it take that long for pmt to clear.

I asked why i never had this problem before and was told that it must of been an oversite on there part.

I'm needing this available funds since i have already booked a trip and im getting no where with customer service. I also told the customer service guy that in this day and age with ach pmts funds are guaranteed , however he would not budge on releasing my available credit.
